I’m not even on the game yet. But gambling in retro should NOT be a bannable offence. It’s a core part of retro Habbo . If there’s a rule about it in the TOS they should just take it out and remain neutral.
I would love to see it become "sneaky" to gamble in Habbo. So no public open rooms. Just a small room with a tele that eventually leads you to a room with no category to gamble in.
It's a company trying to give the impression to the public that they are enforcing their gambling TOS, while not actually doing so, to keep origins alive. Don't stream/promote gambling and you're good. They will never explicitly allow gambling, and that's perfectly understandable

I've been here for about a week now and there is no moderation on it. We call them arcades instead of casinos and it's business as usual.
