I love every bit of this conversation. Thank you both for having it and for sharing so much wisdom and personal experience to illuminate this topic. I know for myself, I took these patterns, and what I thought was the way to be successful, into my next career (after dancing). Even though I eventually had my own business, I still set up some unhealthy environments for myself because it was what I knew. I honestly had no idea I could choose to make things good for ME in my own business until I started receiving coaching and later in my coach training. It was a revelation to realize I could be a human and not just a "product". Bravo for this work you are doing and cheers to many more conversations like this!!
If you two wrote a book on this topic, I would read it. This is soo so interesting and important, and you are so thoughtful and wise. I want everybody to watch this.
