I felt a little rushed though and my form might have suffered I feel like I have to do this work out two or three times to get my form correct as I did not have enough time during the work out to make corrections. My first workout with Amy in about 6 weeks. I literally have been sore since Sunday. Today is the first day that I can sit down on the toilet without pain 🤣
Loved this workout. I get cardio doing other things I enjoy more so I prefer not to have a heavy cardio strength workout. But I think your workouts are so awesome and you are so motivating that I do them anyway and just take the cardio portions easy.

This was the most hardcore workout I've done with you. You reliably kick my ass more than the big jacked muscle dudes, and so I'm usually happy to grab a 20kg and follow along with you. Dropped very quickly to 16kg and still fell apart in that last plank round. Good stuff!
Great workout... 🔥🔥🔥 I had to take a dumbbell during the Half Get Up since my KB is too heavy to do that move. I could feel my entire body working very hard in such short period of time. Thanks Amy!
