I discovered this a few weeks ago while looking for Sierra Hull videos. This is one of the best videos I have ever seen. Love it! So much talent on one stage, and everyone is having such a good time.
What a cool concert!! It would be great to see a clip of the song performed just prior to this one... Take Me for Longing... performed by Molly Tuttle, Sierra Hull, and Courtney Hartman. A record of these three performing together on the same stage would be a rare treat!
LOVE This!!!....We do this piece along with Hobarts Transformation at Scarborough The Renaissance Festival with flutes, guitars, dulcimers & mandolin's
I just noticed another young performer on stage (besides the exceptional Sierra Hull, who kicks the whole thing off. Molly Tuttle is in the back left - dark hair with big bangs. She's just to the left of Sierra at the beginning. Check out The Tuttles with A.J. Lee here on RUclips. Some fine music by Molly, her brothers and dad and cute, young A.J. Lee (who is going to be a star). 'Cluck Old Hen' is the song Sierra did with Alison Krauss and Union Station at the Grand Old Opry when Sierra was in, like, the 6th grade. Cuter than cute...
If I were going to sign any one of the unknowns from this group to a development contract, it would be the blond fiddle player on the right in the brown and beige. She's got some kind of aura about her, and an electrifying smile. She could hit it big.
What did the sound engineer say afterwards? That wasn't mixing, that was damage control :-). Joking aside, even if they didn't agree on the keys at times - a pure piece of joy on stage. And that's what it's all about. Very cool :-)!
That 1st guitar break was pretty slick. That girl GOT IT DONE !!!! Fabulous
Looks and sounds like they all are are having a good time
Everything about this video is beautiful

Excellent! A stage completely full of young talent.

McGann would've been proud of that performance... That's something I'm VERY sure of!
fitting they should play the song that sierra hull played 8 years earlier, the first time in the circle at the opry
This is lit
Surprised to see such a large group from a prestige music school playing bluegrass. This joyous bunch sure beats Beethoven.
Epic.
Very good.

The two who become Bluegrass stars are side by side at the start of this: Molly Tuttle and Sierra Hull.
Will someone allow the mandolin guy to go out and take a wee, please?
Who is singing at 3:30? Great voice, fits with the style

pwwoodring, Thought it was just me. I wonder where she is today?
There must be room for a couple more on stage?
I see Joe from Joe's Truck Stop!
This is amazing! What kind of mando is the first person playing? It sounds mighty fine
What is the Crazy chord they are going to in the traditional version of cluck old hen? I know there is an A#/Bb in it...
Gdim? So much cool rhythm stuff going on there.
