Clearly, you don't know anything about how laptops work! You can't recharge ANY laptop by plugging a power source into one of the USB-A ports. In fact, you're lucky you didn't blow the bloody thing up! The 5.117v is showing the OUTPUT voltage of the LAPTOP, NOT any input voltage coming from the NOCO! There IS a way to power a laptop this way, but ONLY through the power input socket and by using an adapter to increase the voltage to 19.5v, which is the charging voltage of nearly all laptops..
