The 12v cigarette lighter cable is supposed to be a fast charge also which comes with the unit.

Great video!! Very informative. The NOCO 65W USB-C charger is actually cheaper right now on NOCO’s site than Amazon. It’s $69.95.

I have and love the GBX75. I used it to jump start a diesel motor on a Chevy Ambulance. The batteries were completely dead and this thing rocked. Charging... I haven't charged it from dead using an ordinary cell phone charger (Samsung), however, it is my understanding that there is a step up voltage regulator. It took a long time to charge it from 50% as would be expected. I have a 120 to 12 volt converter with the 12 volt accessory plug and that will "rapid" charge as indicated by the white lightening bolt. Plugging it into your car while driving using the cigarette lighter adapter will rapid charge it. I used a laptop charging cord with the same results. I have seen, recently on Amazon, the Anker brand charging blocks. I purchased two different models. Both are 65 watt rated with auto volt selection at 3 amps. I also purchased USB C cords with a level indicator built in. Both blocks will give activate to rapid charge indicator on the Noco booster. The USB C cable indicates 20 watts.
Nice job with your video. It was a good explanation and I learned something new with the error code. Many may discard the manual. Mine is away somewhere.

Thank you for the info. Much appreciated! I do love mine. It is a little smarter than it needs to be in my experience. My uncles truck must have had a short in the system that was bad enough that it would not even turn on. Just gave me a short between the terminals error and wouldn't go into override either. Right after that, we jumped his dodge cummins. Technology is great but some smart things can be a problem.

I am bit confused. Usb type A is standard low power 5v usb port for one way charging different devices. But this in/out type C port looks different. It let charge boost pack from 5v wall socket adapter and 12v adapter aswell. Then is let charge differwnt devices providing 5v with higher current. If it can take 12v, does it giving out only 5v, so not to burn any phone with 12v?

I have a question do you turn the charger on to charge it or do you leave it off? I am having some problems nothing comes on when I plug it into the wall when it’s turned off but I have 50% charge when I turn it on but it doesn’t do anything I had it plugged in for 8 hours and it didn’t do anything with my t off or turned on.

To charge the jump pack, you leave it off and plug into the small usb port. If nothing happens, try a bigger charger adapter at the wall and also another cable. I found that even when it charges, it may not charge all the way and give an error unless you have a fast charger for it. You will know if it is a fast charger because when plugged into the unit, the light in the lower left corner will light up. Either way, when you have it off and plug it in, the status lights will pulse as the charge goes up.

Can you charge the noco while using it to charge other devices? (Ie using the noco to charge a laptop but using the cigarette lighter or a solar panel to charge the noco in the meantime)

The noco only charges on the USB C port (small port) so if you are charging a device from the USB A port (big port) then yes you can charge the noco and charge a device from the noco at the same time.
