Another enjoyable video, watched it whilst having my breakfast porridge to get in the mood. I'm leading our trip up on Sat 15th, next week. There's four of us, all on big Harleys.
Adrian Nicholson thanks for the comment! You’ll have an amazing time especially if the weather is favourable- it is the most stunning landscape! Good luck! 👍
A Half a like, lol For the slight exaggeration on the B roads around Scotland, there more than a cars width and plenty of places to pass and nothing different than over the mountain pass or a long the lochs...Glad you enjoyed our Scottish scenery guys :-)
Finally got around to watching your Scotland Tour. Wow you had some fantastic weather, such a contrast to when we were up there in May last year. We have ridden all of those roads before but I don't think I've ever seen the Pass of the Cattle looking so magnificent. Nannys Cafe is our favourite cafe in Scotland, it was just a tin shack when we first visited in 2013. I've ridden in lots of places but when the weather is with you Scotland is the best. Great couple of vids, all the best Carol and Richard
Banditmanuk Thanks Richard (and Carol!) you’re so right we were blessed with the weather and it’s probably my favourite place to ride if you have the right weather 😀! Thanks very much for taking the time to watch our videos!
So i was looking up footage from Applecross and came across your channel. I did Applecross pass back in september 2019 with nearly no sight due to fog and rain. It was the hardest ride i ever did. We went up on the north side and went down the hairpins on the south end because the view would be best that way. Well, i didn't see it untill now because noone ever filmed that way. Thanks to your rear camera i can have an idea of what i missed back then.
Thanks very much! Glad you enjoyed our rear camera view 😀 we were so lucky with the weather ☀️ your ride sounds incredibly challenging 😱 I wouldn’t like to ride the pass with the conditions you faced. Well done!😀👍
I had planned my trip around riding The Pass of the Cattle, and as you say the GoPro footage doesn’t do it justice but you have still captured what a dramatic road it is! Hopefully I’ll get back there one day! Nice video 👍
Excellent video, thanks for sharing. Also nice to hear you say you would not recommend that hotel. Far too many people put up with substandard these days. I always have had an interest in this particular road and this video is wonderful indeed. You look like a lovely couple, best wishes to you both and many thanks again. From Northern Ireland. 👍
listairgin Thanks so much for your comments and for watching! We can highly recommend doing the route it’s fantastic 😀👍 I believe there are some great routes in Northern Ireland too 😀👏!
Well done you 2, I cycled it last year 2018, pedal bike that is, tough on the legs, 1 hr 11 mins to do the 9km climb 47 mile round trip from shieldaig, fantastic weather also, everyone should do this, Ullapool to Durness is fantastic using the coastal road to lochinver then more coastal road to kylsku, you will love it
stuart laidlaw Wow! By bicycle, that is a massive achievement 👍👏! Think we’ll stick to engine power - it’s an amazing route and we were blessed with weather. Thanks very much for your comments and for watching our video!
Hi Guys have just came across your channel courtesy of Steve Clark, and if the rest of the content is as good as this and your Yorkshire Dales videos I can’t go wrong. Having done the Bealach na Ba a number of times like yourselves I’ve seen it in all its glory and also in very high winds (scary) rain and dense fog Stay safe
Thank you Daisy! Looks like we were both very lucky with the weather 🥵 - it’s a fantastic road- we’d love to go back again - trouble is we’re spoiled by brilliant weather last time - probably rain next time! 😂 Thanks for watching! 😀👍
Enjoying the episodes reminding myself of our 2018 trip Have you ridden the Hardknott Pass in the lake district. For me the hardest road I've ridden on in the UK especially with a pillion.
I have watched the north to south American tour and you can't beat the uk for 5 star you go to a 1 star country you get 1 star service I understand you need to experience the world but see the country you live in first my sister has been all over the world but she has never been to Scotland ha ha
Thanks very much for your comments! We appreciate your feedback 👍 the song was called “ Don’t Look” by Silent Partner (You Tube copyright free music)! 👍😀
Hi from Northern Ireland.Really enjoying the Scotland series.did a tour two up on my gs of the south of the Scotland last year was just wondering of your thoughts on doing applecross two up as we intend on going* north this summer??
michael stewart Thanks for your comments! Applecross is a brilliant road if you have the right weather- if you’re 2 up it would depend upon how experienced you are riding 2 up? If you’ve done lots, you’ll be fine. The key is to not meet anyone coming the other way! That’s why we set off early! Let us know how you get on! 😀👍
Terrific episode. I did the NC500 a few years ago on a Pan European. Superb trip, great camping and motorcycling. Keep the videos coming!
Thank you! Glad it brought back some good memories for you 😀👍!
Great video - No 1 was good and this was even better. Great weather and greats views.
Thanks for your comments Cliff! We were certainly lucky with the weather which made the views even better!
Thanks for this video. The scenery is truly stunning and unlike anywhere else. (For brits you drink a lot of coffee-people after my own heart.)
Thank you Marco! We also drink tea 😂 but love a really good coffee ( but it has to be good!) 👍😀

Thanks very much Norrie! We appreciate your comments! We’re glad we did Applecross in good weather- it’s not for the faint hearted in bad weather! 😀
Thanks for this, did it in June, 2018 and the weather was fantastic then. Would love to do it again in 2021.
Thank you Daisy! Looks like we were both very lucky with the weather 🥵 - it’s a fantastic road- we’d love to go back again - trouble is we’re spoiled by brilliant weather last time - probably rain next time! 😂 Thanks for watching! 😀👍

why only 253 likes!!! come on over 10,000 views
🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️ thanks for watching! 😀👍
Why would you not recommend the hotel if you dont mind me asking ?
It was just a question of poor service when we stayed- the hotel itself was fine. We probably just had a bad experience!
You'll need a passport soon
Who knows what's going to happen!
