Update: We found the light!! One of our subscribers got us the information on the manufacturer of the light. We thought it was maybe a Whelen but turned out to be from a smaller manufacturer who still had the molds and is willing to make us another one. THANK YOU RUclips!!!!

I don’t believe what this video is about right..I’m shocked,amazed and a little shaky but my dad has 2 Lamborghini Diablo you won’t believe this but when I was young my dad had a plan to build up one of them and I always told him not to put that orange light on the top because it’s going to look like an ambulance,so he never did and 40yrs later it’s still in the box right in the corner of my office where we keep most of our extra parts,I believe what youve been searching for is and looks like the same light that’s in our garage…this is shocking for me as well

I'm so late to this video. The latest Vinwiki video brought me here. It's hard not to note the casual 288GTO just sitting there in the background. One of the coolest cars ever made, occupying a space on the wall of my teenage bedroom in the 80s.

That top light can be custom made just for that one car. Or the internals can be some standard light source and the cover is custom. The F1 Safety and Medical Car lightbar providers have been at least Hella OWS, UKE/Haensch and Federal Signals Vama, but who has delivered that lamp, no idea. Happy hunting!

Looked like alot of the PPG pace cars had the same light. Try to find out the company that made them. Probably still one in the box somewhere.

Fitting inside of a Diablo is already cramped enough. I can't even begin to fathom what it's like trying to get in one with a roll cage in it.
