Haven't been saltwater fishin' in almost 2 weeks and I'm due big time. And watchin' this episode has my blood pumpin' to get out there. Last time I was in the Mosquito Lagoon catchin' Trout and Reds. Been Saltwater fishin' since November 2012 and got hooked the first day and caught my first Reds at the Mosquito Lagoon 2 weeks ago. Amazing fight, catch, and beauty of the fish, all caught on D.O.A. Deadly Combo's and D.O.A. Shrimp.
They upload previews, and then upload the full video on Monday. On another note, Blair I think it would be really cool if you held a contest of some sort with a prizes like a rod and reel set up from Wright and McGill!, a filled tackle box!, a fishing trip with you???
Capt Blair, why did you leave that rod in the back left side of the screen alone at 8:25 when Capt Chris was landing the grouper? There was still a fish on there
In almost every fishing scenario it'd be in the early morning hours, from sunrise till about 10 AM. And in the late afternoon there is a feeding peek as well. Doesn't mean you can't catch fish in the middle of the day tough!
Great show captain's. when i can't be on or in the water , i like to watch great fishing shows like this one. it does break my heart to throw back beautiful fish. we remember before all the rules and regs, don't we? early to bed early to rise ,fish like heck and make up lies lol.....you know how lucky you are, well part of it is luck anyway.
can you tie braided line right to the hook.Do you have to have mono or floro for a leader.Sorry if stupid question.Just getting started with the sport.
hey blair, i was surf fishing today in Charleston SC, and i had wire leader onto 50lb seguar floru, but i run powerpro 50lb most of the time and it popped from stress, not the shark that was on. does that happen often with FINZ?
I'm going to marathon florida keys and want to catch some yellowtail. We are staying right by the 7 mile bridge. Do you prefer the gulf or Atlantic side for snapper (yellowtail) or grouper
Capt. you're the luckiest fisherman on the planet. Those black groupers are a dream catch for most fishermen.
In the summertime when I can I try to go fishing. I live on Long Island in NY. There’s great fishing here. I absolutely love to fish.

Another great show! thats a great captain that can sense another rod going off behind him while fighting a giant black grouper! Impressive!!
wooooo. buddy. that black grouper was incredible. glas to see him go back tho
Pier fishing is awesome in the gulf!
so glad to finally watch a show where they actually keep some fish.. love this channel. 🐟🐟🐟
Nice size Grouper - Good job!
I sat through this entire show and man I love Fishing with this crew!
Well this really hit the spot after two weeks of bad seas. Great show!
Amazing! These are already monsters. I couldn't imagine how they taste.
nice vid. he seems like a cool skipper.
i always use fluorocarbon leader. The fish can see braid and not flouro. plus fluorocarbon has great abrasion resistance and some stretch value.
Yup, another good en, living vicariously thru you guys! Thx, and keep em coming. Chuck
Pretty big fish
Ahh! Thank you so much!
I have been looking for that one for a while!
ALL THE TIME!
Nice to see people catch and release so I can catch them. Unless you leaving it for the dinner table. :-)
Nice black grouper, classic on strips of Bonita

Capt Blair, why did you leave that rod in the back left side of the screen alone at 8:25 when Capt Chris was landing the grouper? There was still a fish on there
It was just a kingfish. The grouper was way more important.
Friday 10:30am, Sunday 9:30pm or Tuesday 6am on Fox SunSports
That's awesome
13:56 I know what you mean MOGAN MAN!!! Miami is fished out because of them.
In almost every fishing scenario it'd be in the early morning hours, from sunrise till about 10 AM. And in the late afternoon there is a feeding peek as well. Doesn't mean you can't catch fish in the middle of the day tough!
Enjoyed the video. Thx for sharing.
we upload a preview clip before it airs on television. Once it airs on TV, we upload the full length version.

In what episode is that first clip in the intro taken from where you are fishing rocks by the bridge?
Yay
Nice video! Always got a new rod that's better than the last, like a weed dealer, lol.
Did anyone else see that a fish was biting the surface rig while Blair was looking at the nice black grouper
I think it might have been the waves moving the boat up and down.
