    -Ingredients
    300g White chocolate
    160g Unsalted butter (room temperature)
    240g Sugar
    4 Eggs (room temperature)
    1/2 tbsp Vanilla extract
    180g Cake flour
    40g Wormwood(Mugwort) powder
    1tbsp Hot Water
    200g Cream cheese (room temperature)
    250g Mascarpone (room temperature) (room temperature)
    100g Sugar
    a pinch of salt
    2 Eggs (room temperature)
    1/2tbsp Vanilla extract
    -Recipe
    1. Put white chocolate and unsalted butter in a bowl and melt them in a double boiler or microwave oven and cool them to lukewarm.
    2. When the mixture cools down, add sugar and vanilla extract and mix well with a spatula.
    3. Add eggs one by one, mixing well with a whisk.
    4. Sift cake flour, salt, wormwood powder and mix them well with a whisk.
    5. Leave 1/2 cup of the finished dough separately.
    6. Panning with parchment paper on a 20x20cm square frame.
    7. Put cream cheese and mascarpone in a bowl and mix with a spatula.
    8. Add sugar, salt and vanilla extract and mix again.
    9. Add eggs one by one and mix.
    10. Panning the cream cheese mixture in a mold containing brownie dough.
    11. Add 1tbsp of hot water to 1/2 cup brownie dough and stir until it flows.
    12. Place a spoonful of brownie dough on top of the cream cheese dough.
    13. Drawing circle on brownie dough with thin skewers.
    14. Bake in the preheated oven at 170℃ / 338℉ for 10 minutes, lower the temperature to 160℃/320℉ and bake it for 35minutes.
    15. Cool the baked brownies completely.
