Not everyone can be Sebastian Vettel, Daniel Ricciardo or Max Verstappen. Red Bull needs to understand that and let their junior drivers mature in peace without pressuring them straight out of the gate.

Even Gasly was better than Albon. Remember... - *Gasly was racing against Mercedes, Max and 2 Ferrari with illegal engines.* - *Alex is racing against Mercedes, Max and 2 Ferraris with downgraded slow engines.*
The seat next to Versteppen really is a sink hole. That car is designed for Max, Ricciardo was smart to get out when he did because he saw the way the wind was starting to blow. And there's no way that Red Bull are going to even think about upsetting Max by making the more suitable for another driver. This goes alongside the fact that Verstappen is a generational talent. Another thing with Albon, he knows he's under pressure. He was kicked out of the Red Bull program when he was younger so that is in his mind as well.
You can argue tho that ricciardo is a generational talent too. I mean he beat vettel and stayed even/ahead of max with their time together. But RB just chose the younger driver. Given if ricciardo was in a top seat he will become a huge threat. He is atleast top 4 on the grid
Dang I was ALL IN on Alex. Everyone seemed to hate him, but like, he's SOOO YOUNG!! A lot of younger fans don't realize how mentally exhausting it can be, it takes super human ability for a kid to go through this type of stuff. Yes, others have done it but he's still very incredible and I'll continue rocking an albon hat when he transfers
When i watched this video Gasley was confirmed as an AT driver in 2021 so if Albon does get demoted we can finally find out who is the better driver of the 2
I would like to see an Albon and Gasly AlphaTauri beat the RBR in the constructors title. RBR is clearly too Max focused. They lost Ric, a legendary driver who was already fully developed by the time he was at RBR. Then Gasly, then Albon bc they used the second driver and car as a test mule. If Albon and Gasly could pull consistent 4-8th between the 2, they can outscore what Max can accomplish alone. Show RBR teams work best when your care about the whole team.
I think talent wise Alex is good enough for the seat but he was promoted to Red Bull way too early. Sad to see this happen to another promising Red Bull junior 😔
I think what you said is bs, because if you do not have the right car then you will suck no matter what. The best example is Leclerc vs Vettel results, everyone keeps making excuses for Vettel since he is a world champion and, but keeps criticizing Albon. He was promoted at the right time, he had proved himself, but the car is not right for him.
@@Aldas001 but where will he be in 2021? All the seats are informally reserved for young drivers like mick and his peers. It would be sad to see him out of the sport even for 1 season :/

Gasly vs Albon at alpha Tauri, give tsuonda another year too develop in f2, the better drive gets the RB seat next year, sign Perez/hulk this year - problem solved

@ covid has taken a toll on when parts come so the cars dont get upgraded at the same time, which is reasonable to why alex isnt performing that well this year but i think he should perform stronger than he is right now. but if you look at it last year where both cars were the exact same, and you compare pierre and alex solely on their rbr performance last year, alex did better. he overtook the likes of vettel and the other top 3 teams, did that overtake on perez through the grass to take p5 in his debut race, qualified the same as max in suzuka, was promised a p2 in brazil, and consistently finished in the top 6 even when he started from the pitlane (really is the opposite of how he is doing rn) while gasly on average finished where he qualified and would mostly get a p7 or even a p8, christian horner even made public comments abt how gasly never overtook anyone. again, this was last year's performance as we can see that gasly really has been the it driver this season. that 2nd seat is just cursed imo
I'm sorry but I just want Redbull to put perez or hulkenberg in the seat so we can generally see is it the car or drivers because I'm pissed that these young drivers get shit flung at them for being chucked in the deep end
@@f2004-r9j But he always stood under Perez when they used to race together. Hulk is a great driver for sure but it's more worth for red bull bringing in Perez with better more constant results
This is a measured and rational take on the Albon situation. I'm tired of reading comments by clueless individuals saying stuff like Red Bull wants Alex to fail.. you know that would be detrimental to the team and sponsors right??
Give Albon more time. He is in a rut, but he needs to be given the opportunity to get out of it. It doesn't help that the news media and social media hound him unfairly. Red Bull also need to stop playing musical chairs with their driver seats. Gasly and Albon were mismanaged and promotes too early, and the scenario Red Bull find themselves in is not Albon's fault, but Red Bulls fault, Christian Horner and Helmut Marko's fault.

@ This year. Albon was only outscored 99-77 in a RedBull less competitive than Gasly has. Hopefully the Race will be 1.Bottas 2.Albon 3. Ricciardo 4 Leclerc 5. Hamilton 6. Sainz 7.Vettel 8. Perez 9. Russell 10. Stroll Then Bottas wins, Alex keeps his seat,George gets points and Vettel isn't irrelevant.
@@Thehawkdown99 2009 to 2013 had less restrictive aero rules where a car with a weaker engine (Renault) could still win if it had the best aero. You're forgetting, or ignoring, double diffusers, F-Ducts, exhaust-driven diffusers, flexi-wings etc. The FIA gradually banned all of those aero innovations. Then the 2014 regulations were created to specifically reduce the amount of downforce that designers could create to slow the cars down.
Albon was there and was a competent driver at Alpha Tauri. But Alpha Tauri isn't looking for such a guy, they're looking for an exciting talent that they could develop into a race-winning star. Albon failed, time for someone else.
I bet RedBull is worried about that... if he did go back and did well, would it not highlight some major problems in the RedBull program? Is the issue Gasly and Albon, or the car RedBull is building? You also have to wonder if Helmut's "perform or die" mentoring program has ever succeeded. I'd say no.
IMO they should allow Alex to recover in AT, and choose Perez for the RB seat. Before the Hulk fans come at me, remember Perez brings crucial funding, something that could potentially enable the team to comfortably take over the Honda engine project, thus ensuring their future.
Perez or Hulk would be good for RB. A driver that has enough experience to be able to deal with a difficult car, and they both deserve a chance in a top car Alex should go back to AT and have a Gasly-like redemption season. It's only his second season in F1, which is easy to forget. Sir Lancelot took until this season to really show any sort of speed
AT isn't RB's jr team anymore. with the RB surplus budget and staff being redirected to AT, they're going to truly be a sister team rather than a jr one.
Also want to say, even Max struggles with that car 🤷🏽♀️ if you watch his onboards he has lightening fast reflexes and controls the car more easily because he’s used to it. The car sucks. Max is just really fucking good.
I have wondered a few times if Gasly and Albon are driving that RB just fine, and are just being made to look bad by Verstappen. If he's just out-driving what it's really capable of. It certainly looks that way sometimes. This is also another reason that putting a much more experienced driver in that seat might make sense, if they are better able to help guide the team around the compromises of setup even if the car is specifically made for Max
Max is special. I know he has haters, much like Lewis. Believe me, there were Senna haters back in the day, only without social media it didn't blow up the way things do now. It's ridiculous. We _should_ be fricking grateful that we have two extraordinary drivers on the grid, with Charles a little bit below them, but still better than most. TBH, and I know I'm opening myself up for flack, I think CL's closer to Valtteri than Lewis or Max. I think Valtteri is far better than people think! With no Hamilton around - or any other unique talent - he could easily be a multiple champion himself. So I'm not calling Charles in anyway bad! I just don't think he's got that tiny extra bit of natural, innate talent that those guys do. And it's that last couple of percent, so to speak, which makes a driver a "great". He could absolutely, with the right car, be a multiple champion himself. So was Piquet Snr, but I genuinely don't think he was as good as his results show. He was good, but he wasn't Senna (the nearest driver I can compare him to given his time racing in F1). But unlike Max & Lewis, Charles' ability to drive around problems isn't quite so natural. Maybe he'll learn how to do it. He's aiming to be champion one day and when that happens, I'm going to be blubbing like a seal! I love the guy. But I'd be very surprised if he retires with stats anywhere near Max's. Of course, that will depend on Max being in the right place and time, and maybe necessitating a risky move like Lewis did to Mercedes. *That* is also something underestimated by the Lewis haters. That car was never guaranteed a regular podium, let alone an occasional win. So even though it turned out well for him, it could very easily have been an "Alonso goes to McLaren take 2" or "Alonso/Vettel go to Ferrari" disaster. He deserves a lot of credit for taking that leap of faith. Can't wait to see what's going to happen!
@@y_fam_goeglyd Max is still so young. I have no doubt he will get a championship. Charles is dedicated to Ferrari which could be to his detriment or his benefit depending on how they turn it around.
Dude I just love how your takes are smart taking into account all the information and the context in every subject. It's a pleasure to listen to you mate, cheers. Ps: the only thing we can not agree upon is the notion that the 2012 Ferrari car is a dog. That car is not outright the fastest in qualy but that car was very consistent always there or there about in race pace sometimes faster. Plus that car was kind on its tires and had bulletproof reliability. We love you to look back at that, Thanks mate
F1 needs to take a serious look at Carlton Herta from the Indy racing league or Joseph Newgarden who drives for Penske. Mariko Andretti says that Herta is the best American driver he has seen in many, many years. Newgarden has driven with a broken arm ! You don't see that in F1. This gave Penske the impetus to hire him for his team. He responded with 2 championships for Penske.
It feels like Red Bull is the only team with this issue of overly focusing on one driver or another... sure Ferrari pitted Charles and Seb against each other throughout 2019, but their car development was fairly even as both drivers were extremely capable of pulling out wins throughout that season before it fell apart at the end. Meanwhile at the silver arrows, Bottas is the number 2 of the team, but HE DOES HIS JOB as the number two: hold the top spots and assist his team by grabbing as many points as possible and defending Lewis from anyone behind him and occasionally getting a victory for himself. They need to get their shit together otherwise so far all they do is talk alot and their actual results are just hot exhaust being blown in Albon's face. I want to see Albon do well, but right now RB ain't the place to be for junior drivers.
I just don’t understand why finishing 4th & 5th are so bad. He’s usually beaten LeClerc & Perez for Godsakes, what else is expected of him? I think he deserves to have everyone lighten up a touch.
Great analysis, Aldas! Far more nuanced than a lot of Alex bashers out there. I'm looking forward to your thoughts on who should be in the other RB seat.
Not when the RB16 is a worse car to drive. I'm not saying the car's solely responsible, Gasly is undeniably talented but both of them are less experienced than Max who has been in the Red Bull basically from the beginning.
@@aunimjoarder I get that but at least Gasly was 6th in the championship in the 3rd fastest car up against Ferrari, Albon shouldn’t be behind the drivers he is in the championship
Christian Horner literally said the AT is easier to drive. Alex was doing the same to Gasly when Gasly was back in the RB. They've had 3 drivers fail to drive that second car, it's not a driver problem.
@@TheRealSonicBeats it’ll be interesting to see what they do if Perez gets the seat and has the same problems then the blame will be firmly at RB’s door
Hey there. First time watching your chanel. I like the way that you present your opinions and arguments. Well thought out, well reasoned. Good narration. Instant like and subbed. Keep it up man!!!! Peace.
Most interesting perspective I’ve ever heard on RedBull promoting junior drivers. It’s true they have given more young drivers the opportunity to drive on the big stage than anyone else and it’s a hell of an opportunity if they can take advantage, grab it, and show their potential.
I think that you're ignoring the fact that the environment at red Bull is completely toxic and this is proven by the fact that Albon spent his first podium night alone rather than out celebrating
I can't lie, Tsunoda deserves the 2nd seat in Alpha Tauri more than Albon. His had more than enough time to prove himself, regardless of the external factors. F1 is for the best of the best and Albon just isn't that at the moment.
I mean seriously, the best video for those that keep saying that LH44 has the best car and is easy to win in the best car. These individuals should seriously watch this video and listen to all the analysis mentioned here. Like an F1 101 lesson.
I highly doubt he keeps his seat in F1 at large. He was an afterthought to be in F1 in the first place, and Red Bull will move on with Tsunoda. Not saying that Albon couldn't make it in the midfield, but given Red Bull's lack of patience and faith in him overall, I don't think he will survive this. Formula E is probably where he goes back to
I agree completly. Unless he is able to keep his seat at Red Bull, he will be out of a seat for the next season, because Gasly is allready confirmed to stay with alpha tauri and it is very likely that Tsunoda will get the seccond seat.

Unfortunately i think Albon will be out of F1 next year? Gasly and Tsunoda will be at Alpha Tauri next year? Coulthard often says, this is not finishing school, it's F1!!!
We’ve seen both Gasly and Albon struggle so much in that car so for me I think the car is just too focused on Max to a point where it is Undrivable for anyone else especially for inexperienced drivers. For me although Alex hasn’t been great this year this is more or a Red Bull problem than an Albon problem
Alex has shown that he can be a really good driver and he has deserved to be in F1. However I think it'd be best for him to take a step away from F1 for 2021. He's probably out of RB already and AT are likely going to sign Yuki Tsinonda to replace Kvyat. If Alex steps away I think he can properly recharge his batteries, relax and also just reflect on his two years in F1 and see where he can improve and do better
i fear Albon may not be with us next year, with Pierre Gasly getting resigned and Tsunoda wanting that Kvyat Seat. He either has to keep the RedBull seat or im afraid he might not be in F1 next year with Hulk and Perez waiting to get the Call from Marko
I'm a F1 fan for over 30 years now, i have seen them come and go and i have to say, I like Alex as a person but i dont think he has it in him to be a topdriver at a topteam, i don't think he will ever get there. I think that for a reason, not many have a talent like Max, Lewis of Schummi, Senna and so on, that is beside the point, but Alex does not have the skills of a killer, that is what you need to be a top driver, besides that getting lapped by our teammate is never ever a good sign. Alex was 1 second slower with soft tires (5 rounds old) than Max on 25 old rounds mediums. I now that Max is fast and you have to give Alex some room but this is redicules. As a topteam that is a defenid no go. He's change to hold the seat is long over just because when they want the championship next year they have to have a 2 driver who gives things to the team and to his team mate. Alex can't do that. Further i think that he will not get his seat back at Alpha Tauri, Gasley is confirmed by Red Bull today, that 2e seat goes to the Japanes driver , cant come on his name right now something with Taki....., what happens than with Alex i wonder. I hope he gets that Alpha Tauri seat , but i think he has to fear for it.

Unless the Red Bull is as idiosyncratic as Sennas qualifying technique: there is no excuse for two 8th places, a tenth and a 12th( and whatever happened in Germany) in a car a human being(albeit a supremely talented one) can get a guaranteed 3rd and an occasional 2nd place in.
I agree that the car is mostly built around Max, but Max has also complained about the car and isn't 100% comfortable either so it's not just that; it's the car overall.
I feel they need to give him more time, if they keep changing their 2nd driver every year or less no one is going to get comfortable with the car. I agree that team will mostly center the car around their main driver, but you also need to make sure they arent the only one that can drive it and thats where redbull are, Danny Ric saw the writing on the wall and thats a part of why he left.
Gastly confirmed and Marko said Tsunoda will have a spot. What are your thoughts on that (if this is indeed the case) do you think we can see him in a different team?
I think the thing is , when he took over in 2019 , he was reasonably good. There’s no reason suddenly he’s pace gone. So either the Red Bull car is shite or he hasn’t been given the same car. I have no idea why teams do this , it’s happening now to Vettel & maybe even Bottas. The only reason why he ain’t really seing it on the Mercedes because it’s an unreal of a car
Good analysis. I agree with your points. The pressure (this year, having to capitalise on Ferrari's recent struggles) vs the car's development (with the focus on Max in mind - deservingly so one should add), it was probably too much (too soon) for Alex. Social media is not helping. Maturity / Confidence / Experience is the name the game at that level. He's going to become a great driver, with regular podiums in time. (*Opinion) 🤙🏾👌🏾👊🏾🅰️✅
It's easy to say that in second best car Albon should be great, but we should note that Hamilton and Bottas are in Merc,Max is on another level and drives the Redbull like a Merc,so these 3 are already on the upper echelon, then people will say he should be 4th or 5th,but then the fierce competition of midfield comes in, Daniel,Sainz and Leclerc are podium contending drivers, they don't have the fear of making mistakes and will not give any mercy for Albon's mistakes, and the fact that Redbull being built for pushing as hard it can,one mistake of Alex and he is already in P7 then comes the immense pressure, which leads to further mistakes, Pierre, Perez and Lando then become a threat and that's why this is happening .But in my opinion it takes time to get used to Redbull,we forget that Albon is in his 2nd season, that's nothing.Max was on another level,Albon needs time gain experience and confidence, confidence is the key part of Redbull ,all 4 previous Redbull drivers Vettel,Webber, Daniel and now Max had great confidence, soon Albon will get good, but he needs support,it's what I believe and would like to see happen,I understand that others may have different or opposing opinions, but this is what I believe.
Yeah Leclerc, Norris, gasly, Ricciardo and sainz can all make mistakes and be fine. One or two DNFs and Albon is screwed so he doesn’t push as much. However Albon and gasly need another year. They both go back to alpha touri and better driver gets the red bull seat. Also Albon has loads of pressure on him. He’s to young .
Honestly the RB16 seems to be too max oriented, if redbull provide some more attention for Albon and make a car that also suits Albon, won't that make RB as a team better? Each F1 team have 2 drivers, you have to give a little attention to your second driver or build a winner car that both driver can work properly... common sense for an outsider to think? I'm interested the WHAT IF Albon team up with Gasly in AT, will they preform better than RB with more constructor points ;D
Here's a hot take: Has Helmut's "Perform or Die" mentoring program EVER worked? Verstappen's talent and confidence was built long before Helmut worked with him.
imagine if RAMilton didn't punt him off his Brasil podium and Austria race win. Would we even be discussing Albon leaving Redbull? He'd be 25 pts higher up in the standing this season and 4th overall...
Honestly I’m a firm believer that the Brazil crash and Austria are what’s caused his performance, with a car designed to be a Diva, you need confidence and having multiple podium chances taken away, that takes away your confidence
@@aaronmachado13 fully agree, he had to fight super hard under such intense pressure from the media and Hamilton unapologetically sent him to the shadow realm in almost back to back race weekends. Hey Aldas, I don't know if you had a chance to watch the latest installment of Formula World: "This is Usual". But what Mika H. had to say I think is spot on about what's going on at Red Bull!!
Albon, Gasly at Alpha Tauri. Verstappen and Perez at Red Bull. I met Perez when he was at McLaren, and he did so well considering his teammate was Jenson Button he deserves another drive at a different top team
I don't believe a car can be designed around a driver. It is impossible to predict how a car will go exactly when designing it. Apart from that, RBR, Max and Alexander all say that the drivers give the same input all the time. So there is no reason to have a compromise between first and second driver from an engineering point of view.
Red bulls handling of their last 4 drivers has been diabolical. Binned off kvyat just to get in Verstappen. Alienated Riccardo because they wanted Verstappen as the No.1 driver even though at the time they were on the same level. Didn't give enough support to Gasly as he moved up to the top team. And moved Alex up far too quickly to the big team after he'd only been in F1 for half a season.
Albon is a quality driver, he shows it when he jump in to replace gasly last year. And he perform not that bad at the start of this year. But there’s no deline that the pressure is getting into him.
Albon is in a same situation as Gasly was last year. Red Bull's mistake is that they made care that is driveble only if you are Max, but that can't be excuse for Albon. So he should go back to Alpha Tauri, he's not ready for top team yet.
I'm a novice at F1, but i've heard (separately) that all the big champions in the last 20 odd years, enjoy a front end focused car. Is that right? and if so, should that affect car design?
I’d love to see both gasly and Albon in the team and see how they would do, with a car developed around then both, similarly like after seb left redbull
I think they should move alex to alpha tauri and hulk to rb, mainly because red bull doesn't have any drivers truly ready for their cursed second seat, and if alpha tauri is gonna become the "sister team" they want it to be, having two solid drivers in gasly/albon might be smart. As for hulk, he's proven this season that he deserves a spot in the sport, and having a consistently good driver to back up max would be good imo. Anyway, thanks for listening to my ted talk.
He also said that “got hit” un his spin in the last race, so more than the car being unstable, he just doesn’t have the feel of it... meaning he won’t get it if he hasn’t by now
The only issue with this is that Red Bull has stated that Gasly will not be called back up because they already have data on how he performs in the senior car despite his great season so far. Under these circumstances I believe that they would not call back up Alex either, which means that both of them will need to look outside the red Bull family to have a chance at being a legend in the sport which they both have the talent to become
It would be very sad to see Alex lose his seat at f1, because if he doesn’t keep his RB seat that may be it until he managed to find a seat again which would be nearly impossible. The remaining Alpha Tauri seat seams to be Yuki T from what Marko has said, but you can never believe them 100%. Let’s just hope Alex can keep his seat.
I was about to say Mercedes is the only Top Team that isn’t building their car around one driver while prob having the best driver in their team... (The 2017 car obviously suited Lewis better because he was already in the team but overall their not building around one driver like Ferrari and RedBull right now)
@Vorrn he was still super quick till this year. He was narrowly beaten by a generational sophomore but was 8-6 in head to head. Charles had the bigger performances when he was better. Seb has just given up being more than a quick test driver till he leaves.
I think I found Hamilton reaction to be quicker than other drivers in double corners, noticed that he turned the steering quicker may be the car plays a role too
5:50 oh, good point. Marko praised Verstappen as a strong leader - and what has that got them? The power unit got better, but the car's been getting worse. Feedback from the driver is an important part of improving a car, and if the only driver they are listening to is Max, is that the actual weak spot in their development - not just that they are tailoring the car to him, but that he can't give them the quality of feedback to best improve and tweak the car.
I see one issue with moving Alex back to Alpha Tauri: would Red Bull be willing to promote him back? They didn't do so with Kvyatt, and they clearly aren't going to go with Gasly. So why should they do it for Alex?
What do you mean they arent going to with gasly? Is there any other reason this guy stays in the at car gasky is a great driver and rb will surely put him back there when the time is ripe
I see the situation as almost the same as Gasly when he was in that seat. Has the talent, but got the seat too soon. Alex needs more experience in my opinion so going back to Alpha Tauri would be a good thing for him.
Wicked video... solid objective review, however he shouldn't have been promoted or accepted that promotion to RB, while verstappen is in that team, that second seat is doomed
The thing that makes me sad about albon is once he's demoted I don't think red bull will ever give him another chance at the top team. Also I hate that the pressure was on him after only two races this season
Considering the Red Bull is developed around Max Verstappen . Alex Albion really hasn't done too bad . Alex truly is a great driver . Otherwise he wouldn't be in F1 at all . He needs to learn from this time in the Red Bull . Like George Russell I would love to see Alex perform in a different team . Then develop as a long term proposition to any team .
Giving Alex 1 more year in Red Bull wouldn't be a terrible idea. After all, he has had a year of experience with what is a very difficult car. This would mean that he should know the weaknesses of the car, and considering the fact that next year's cars are basically going to be the same, Albon should know the car the best out of all the potential candidates.
Alex's big problem is that there's little to no sign of improvement. He's been at RB for a year now and frankly he isn't driving better than last year. Yes, he's inexperienced, but before we ask RB for patience, Alex needs to show he's improving. This is F1, he's in a top team so yes, there's gonna be heat. But when you're at that level, you don't get that many chances nor excuses. On a second point: Yuki is not ready for F1. I've seen every F2 race this season and other than Callum and Mick, nobody deserves a promotion to F1. Yuki, Robert Shwartzman and Christian Lundgaard need another year of F2 to mature and show consistency.

That car is designed for Max, Ricciardo was smart to get out when he did because he saw the way the wind was starting to blow. Another thing with Albon, he knows he's under pressure. He was kicked out of the Red Bull program when he was younger so that is in his mind as well.

I would like to see an Albon and Gasly AlphaTauri beat the RBR in the constructors title. RBR is clearly too Max focused.

A driver that has enough experience to be able to deal with a difficult car, and they both deserve a chance in a top car
Alex should go back to AT and have a Gasly-like redemption season. It's only his second season in F1, which is easy to forget. Sir Lancelot took until this season to really show any sort of speed
Honda don't need any money is talent or nothing
@@p_nilly yeah, fully agree. Well said.

You made a lot of great points in this video. Keep up the good work!

The fact Gasly is only 1 point behind Albon in an AT is a sackable offence
Not when the RB16 is a worse car to drive. I'm not saying the car's solely responsible, Gasly is undeniably talented but both of them are less experienced than Max who has been in the Red Bull basically from the beginning.

Leclerc, Norris, gasly, Ricciardo and sainz can all make mistakes and be fine.

So he should go back to Alpha Tauri, he's not ready for top team yet.
loved this video ,love how you didn't take down Alex.
I'm a novice at F1, but i've heard (separately) that all the big champions in the last 20 odd years, enjoy a front end focused car. Is that right? and if so, should that affect car design?
the trophy didnt pop up if I start a bew game it means that I will have to pick all 150 again?or onlz the one that I missed to get the trophy
I’d love to see both gasly and Albon in the team and see how they would do, with a car developed around then both, similarly like after seb left redbull
Was verstappen ready for F1?
Good point
He was. Max was so much better at torro rosso than albon and gasly
Yes, he was
yes
almost out of the box
Yes.
Man farrari And red bull are mad for building cars around their best drivers coz mercedes isn't building the car completely around hamilton
Because there smart a want to win the Constructors
Ferrari be like: “let’s design the car so that a driver whose driving style isn’t bottom ended just spins all the fucking time” what a great idea
I was about to say Mercedes is the only Top Team that isn’t building their car around one driver while prob having the best driver in their team...
(The 2017 car obviously suited Lewis better because he was already in the team but overall their not building around one driver like Ferrari and RedBull right now)
@@raaaaaaaaaam496 I mean isn't that the point of the Ferrari master plan?
oh sorry I meant 🅱️lan
@Vorrn he was still super quick till this year. He was narrowly beaten by a generational sophomore but was 8-6 in head to head. Charles had the bigger performances when he was better. Seb has just given up being more than a quick test driver till he leaves.
Albon and Gasly would be a super powerful alphatauri lineup, make it happen energy drink guys
I think I found Hamilton reaction to be quicker than other drivers in double corners, noticed that he turned the steering quicker may be the car plays a role too
why those max verstappen car always has upgrades and alex albons car always seems to have something very odd happen to it in the factory itself.
Good video
5:50 oh, good point. Marko praised Verstappen as a strong leader - and what has that got them? The power unit got better, but the car's been getting worse. Feedback from the driver is an important part of improving a car, and if the only driver they are listening to is Max, is that the actual weak spot in their development - not just that they are tailoring the car to him, but that he can't give them the quality of feedback to best improve and tweak the car.
Who do you guys think should be in that seat next year?
Nop.
“Never reheat cold soup “
@@dirkbrouwer6281 nope he’ll be on at next year.
Aldas, can you tell me the song please.
I see the situation as almost the same as Gasly when he was in that seat. Has the talent, but got the seat too soon. Alex needs more experience in my opinion so going back to Alpha Tauri would be a good thing for him.
To what end? Never be promoted back up again? Break out of the Red Bull family?
Anyone else think that Alex and Pierre in Alfa Tauri would be a strong pair
Wicked video... solid objective review, however he shouldn't have been promoted or accepted that promotion to RB, while verstappen is in that team, that second seat is doomed
bro is this aldas or DR Marko?
I think Albon got potential to be a race winner but yeah, I agree the best solution to allow him to grow and become more confident back at AT
I think tricky car is an understatement I think the car is so silent based on max that no driver but max could perform
A Gasly, Albon pairing at alpha tauri seems like a good line up for next year. Kvyat had his shot, and tsonda can have another year in f2
