The question of doping is not in context. What’s makes her great is her running technic well ahead of her time (even now). 30 years gone and all other questionably doped records are broken but hers still stand. That is the what greatness means.

I'm watching her right now on the 80s sitcom '227', had to look her up. Sad she passed so young, a short decade later after setting records that STILL hasn't been broken over 30 years later!

The tests were not realiable back then, they just detected what the athletes had taken within the last two weeks or so. You can't improve your 100 and 200 m times by more than half a second within a few months at the age of 29 and thrash the previous world records at will (!) on several occasions. Anyone who buys this BS might as well be believing in fairy tales.
