@@johng1634 🤔
@@johng1634 You NEVER run a straight line in football? You sir sound like youve never watched football. Ever heard of a go route? Anyway, yes most of the time there is some kind of cut. But guys like jerry rice who had a terrible 40 time would find ways to wrong foot dbs which bought him enough time to build momentum and speed and once he did that he often ran away from DBs(who probably had better 40 times) for 60+ yard tds. Sparky is right having a fast 40 doesnt always mean you're the fastest on the field.
@@presidentresident I said you never run 100m in a straight line. Acceleration is more important than top end speed because you very rarely get the 30 yards of clear straight running that it takes for someone like Lewis or Usain Bolt to reach their top end speed.
Ben was AWESOME!!
Ben Johnson the Canadian runner while winning, who became Jamaican when doping was discovered.
I had a bet on this race. My heart said go with the guy with the most phenocyclinehexamethyl. But my mind said go with the guy with the most tetravizagrogeine.
LOOOOOOOOLLLLLLL
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Fiquei encantado com essa olimpíadas

Great Olympics
This is legend history
what a nice challenge ben and Carl
Ben Johnson was a badass!!!
two great athletes full of doping - excellence!
MY. FAVORITE RUNNERS
Nuff respect Ben Johnson, you were one of the greatest!!
Ben Johnson mijn held uit mijn jeugd geweldige sportman 👍🙏
BY FAR THE BEST EVER BEN JOHNSON!
That was when Ben Johnson was diagnosed with drugs and was disqualified and his medal taken away from him.Cheater?
@@mahmoudabubakar1694 and you think Carl wasn't juicing either? Lol 6 of the 8 were all running dirty YOU FIGURE IT OUT! 🤣 😂
@@patboydfirstclass Yea except Carl Lewis. The godfather?
@@patboydfirstclass no the rest were diagnosed clean, i remember that race, you can look up the results today. Ben was a proven cheat & your praising him LMAO!
@@koasizmworld1927 DO you have receipts or are you emotional because you are just now hearing the truth? If you believe that it was only Ben that cheated, you are still living in the 80s under a fat rock! Smh #NO IQ
Probably THE greatest magazine cover of all time, was the Sports Illustrated issue with Ben Johnson in full sprint, titled "BUSTED".
Wow! To think sub 10 seconds were being achieved nearly 40 years ago is incredible!
40 years? 54 years! First electronically timed time under 10 s run by Jim Hines in 1968
Cool how is family was watching from rexdale hope they r proud if him I'd say. He is a close second to bolt all time
Ben the great, respect from India 👍
I watched the t.v this day when johnson "won" and lewis was my idol and i refused to think he loose in this way without knew ...
This is the day were the athletism is dead.
Johnson had such power out of the blocks.
I heard (so I'm not sure if it's true), but he regularly was able to jump out of the blocks in under a tenth of a second, which is deemed humanly impossible.
Anabolic steroids helped him blast out of the blocks
@@markwright5223 Not so - his reflexes were unreal with or without the 'roids
@@DingKong coke and stuff sharpens your reflex... the jump out was supported by steroid use... it's not all, but drugs helped him
Because he used steroids.
When the sprinters begin resembling pro wrestlers, you know something’s up.
But wrestlers are slow
Thank you for the video.I watched this footage when I was in primary school
CONGRATULATIONS
Just shows life for a human is almost like the
blink of the eye.
A blink of the eye that lasts about 80 years.
