I bought one so that I could drill holes in my home made beads from polymer clay as I make 4 mm sized beads and they always get mushed when I try to put them onto the bead pin for baking :-( when I found the pearl holder I thought it would solve my problems now all I do is make my beads as small as 2 mm and I am able to drill them once I have baked them :-) I love it

Interesting and could be used with any beads really from the looks of it. I make my own round beads so this could be handy for when I drill. Less risk to my hands. :p - Heidi

And what do you do with it after that?

You can then use a bead reamer or drill.

But it’s already got a hole in it? Maybe one without a hole and show how to drill a hole in to it would have been a useful video!

Do you have a tutorial on how to make the pink, purple and white lobster clasp video? If not, could you please make one?

That's the Wisteria Bracelet, we've got a written tutorial for it that also includes a few links to videos for the basic techniques involved. You can find it here: www.beadaholique.com/t-ba-project-B7030.aspx

If there is no hole, how do you make sure the hole is straight in and not angled? Why won't anybody say how you make sure the hole goes straight in?

Regrettably, we do not have a video on drilling holes in pearls, but we recommend using a bench top drill. These drills will allow you to align the pearl with the drill to make a straight hole.

I don't understand. So WHY do you want the pearl inside that thing???

They're for holding pearls firmly and steadily while drilling or widened their holes. You can use pearl holding tweezers for that as well, like we demonstrate in this video ruclips.net/video/3rldsV_q3xE/видео.html but the vise has the advantage of putting firm and even pressure on the pearl for you, leaving you free to focus on the drilling
