hi cpaws just saying i was trying to stream fortnite on my samsung s9 phone but when i launched the game and booted into a match, my stream stopped. i tried with my dads s23 ultra and i had the same issue. any fixes?

hey there! i've been finding your videos quite useful BUT i do have a situation. I use OBS on pc and want to make my ipad a source to capture. I've gone ahead and gotten an adapter and capture card and have successful in getting my ipad screen on obs. Here's where I run into issues. 1. there's no audio even if I have Monitor and Output as the default option. I've made sure the ipad is set at full volume too just to make sure i am not insane. 2. there are these UGLY black boarders surrounding my source and i have no clue how to get rid of them! It's completely covering up my nice overlays i've spent time and money on to make my stream look good. Please help me out i have tried searching everywhere but now i am at my wit's end.

uh a question um probably not going to work but is there a way. A POSSIBLE WAY to hide your screen like a overlay this app is DELICIOUS for my ios starting gameplay if they just had overlay so do they have it? i just finished watching the whole thing i havent downloaded yet
@@CpawsMusic Yes. I plugged in an ethernet cable, changed the IP address, even lowered some settings but every stream OBS disconnects. I suspect it’s my internet as I was playing online for every stream and when OBS disconnects, the game also disconnects. I don’t know if I have to change the GPU mode, change the encoder, or if my internet isn’t strong enough but it’s driving me crazy.
Yeah if the game is also disconnecting then it's likely your internet connection which is extremely frustrating to deal with. You might have to call your ISP and have them take a look (which sucks, I am totally aware haha) @@longgameplaysessions

Theoretically you could with the browser rtmp options, but when I tried it, it was super laggy, but if you email them, they might have an alternative for ya!

You should be able to connect your controller to your pc, I use my xbox controller for mine :D

everytime i try streaming, it automatically turns off my microphone on ios, i check and have my microphone enabled but it auto turns it off, any fix?
