    Kosher dietary laws are far more strict than Halal. Anything that is Kosher is Halal (*except* alcohol) but not everything that is Halal is Kosher. Kosher law prohibits the mixing of meat and dairy and some observant Jews who keep kosher will eat a strictly vegetarian diet in order to keep their lives a little more simple. As another example, shellfish (like shrimp) are not kosher, but shellfish is Halal. Thanks for your videos, really enjoy them! RUclips suggested your channel to me after watching James Andrews.

    I’ll be sure to check it out next time I’m in the city. I love Eden Wok on 37th kosher chinese place that has meat

    Kosher Chinese Vegetarian places aren't uncommon. Philadelphia used to have several even in the 90s.

      Good to know! But nowadays it's pretty rare, only a few in NYC.

    @1:08 the credibility of the diner drops to well below zero, the video was paused, and the tab closed. Never trust anyone who has never been to a busy Chinese spot. Especially in NYC!!! They are clueless AF!!!!!
