I was at the SF pen Show Friday and Saturday. Saturday was nuts! Nice haul! I missed out on somethings. It happens when it’s so packed. Until next year!
23:57 No need to wait. Go ahead and put some of that Narrow paper in the Plotter and start carrying it around. It's a bit narrower, but should fit in the rings, right? By the time 2025 comes around, you can have the binder broken in. 😊
@@penpaper19 Me, neither because I can't really put those in my normal fountain pens. It's too much work to get glass pens out with a cup of water and all that. Just using pens with inks already loaded.. lol
It was lovely to hear about your experiences in the pen show and the things your kids picked. I liked their choices :) Your mini penroll was soooo cute. I did not see that when I went to their booth but I felt dazed after seeing too many things. The kiss-cut sticker roll was neat. I saw them but did not know about that feature. The pen your daughter got from Rubato was beautiful. I was told that the cap/pen section flowers are real pressed flowers and weeds. The flex pen she had was unique, she had put a unique feed on top of the nib to give enough ink to avoid railroading which is common in flex pens. Do you remember how much you paid for the pen from Rubato? Your plotter looked stunning!! The lines and the crowds were overwhelming after the doors opened for the public, it must have been easy to have missed the long line of people waiting for the plotter table 🙃

I have Wizard’s Pencil as well! Such a beautiful gray.

That's a really good point. I don't know why I have these self-imposed rules on things like this...
I love colorverse too!!! I need to get that blue dragon now..
The glitter ones were lovely too, but I don't end up using glitter inks that much anymore.

I'm glad you had such a good time. I was there but didn't know anyone. Still had fun though.

Thank you! I think the Rubato pen was $100 - it's adorable!
Good call not going on Saturday! It was so packed in the main showroom that I couldn't even walk :-(
I think I'll avoid Saturdays from now on!
Traumatized at a pen show? I'm gonna avoid them in the future.
