I get where you're trying to go with your argument, but that comparison doesn't make any sense. First, the news outlets only call a state when it becomes mathematically impossible for the other person to make up the difference. For example, if the state has 100k citizens, and 80k votes has been counted, and 55k votes went to candidate A, and 25k votes went to candidate B, you don't have to count the last 20k. Even if every single one of those votes went to candidate B (and we all know in reality it's always a mix), it still won't be enough for candidate B to win because at most, candidate B will only have 45k votes. That's why they call a state. Second, you need to listen to your leader's argument because in some states, he wants to stop the count. Like in PA he wants them to invalidate a lot of the votes because he feels they came "late". So your argument actually is contrary to what he wants. 🤣. Nice try though. .
