    Hi Ben, what a great video of yours once again. Even if everything you said seems obvious, it can be very hard to focus but I think it's really helpful if you're always clear about what you want to achieve. When I take a break, breathing techniques always help me a lot. Please keep doing the good work, so long, Sabine 😉 👋😀

    @tothepointenglishwithben. When reading and listening in concentration, does it pass the time to take notes or write down vocabulary, or do you allow as much as possible? (according to your strategy)

    Hey Ben! I just wanted to ask you a thing. As a part of writing practice for my upcoming CAE, I thought I could look at some corrected assignments. I remember one video of yours where, throughout the whole video, you scattered a few steps (a bit like encryption) to get to one website where one could find a couple of them. I watched it a year ago or so, but now that I wanted to come back and check it out, I simply cannot remember what video it had been. It might have been something about improving writing skills. I remember it being quite long, but now that I was browsing your videos, I could not find anything that fitted these "parameters", so it might be possible that I do not remember correctly. Maybe it was not even from your channel, but I am quite confident it was. Do you possibly know what video of yours I am referring to? It would save me hours of going through all of them. Thanks a lot for your response!

    • @tothepointenglishwithben.
      @tothepointenglishwithben.  6 месяцев назад +2

      I don't think that was one of my videos, Nina. However, the C1 Advanced Teacher's Handbook has some writing sample answers with examiner comments. Also, the website engxam.com has some examples.

    Hi Ben, thanks a lot for your help.
    I would like to ask you for some advice about the way we can know our marks on a cambridge english scale from the marks we know when we make tests on our own. I found a document for teachers in the Cambridge website, but i think it's not updated since the reading and use of English are mixed in a different way.

    • @tothepointenglishwithben.

      You are right, the Cambridge document I was talking about was OK. I might have misunderstood something or mixed up with other former exam samples, but now I understand, and the page you've showed has been very useful.👍🏽

    I have a question regarding reading and use of English exam. I have mine tomorrow. I watched your videos throughout my preparation process and you said that we should start with part 5,6,7,8, but im quite a slow reader, and it took me 30 mins trying to focus on part 5 without thinking about part 1,2,3,4. So what do you advise me to do?

    • @tothepointenglishwithben.
      @tothepointenglishwithben.  6 месяцев назад +1

      You have to read quicker. There's no other solution now, I'm afraid. You have 90 minutes to do all 8 parts, so you can't spend 30 minutes on one part.
      Do your best to stay 100% focused all the time.
