    I came to see when to start using the toothbrush because I actually started with using just a washcloth and I just thought at the time that it was much simpler I don’t think it’s gonna be a problem introducing him to the brush because he always seems intrigue when ever I use it and tbh I kinda tried it 1 or 2 times and I think he really finds it fascinating lol

    I breastfeed my baby to sleep. Is it okay to brush her teeth in the morning after each time of weaning only?

  • @abbwavy_don7536
    @abbwavy_don7536 3 года назад +2

    But I usually just do it twist a day in the morning when I wash him up which usually happens after a mean and I the night and then I feed him after so technically I dont do it at that time guess I’ll start doing it more often

    My baby is 1yr old already and she has 1 upper central incisor and 2 lower central incisor. I didn’t brush her teeth yet because I’m afraid and I don’t know where to start. Is it okay if I will still use cloth for brushing the teeth or it would be better to use silicone brush? What stokes and how many times to brush the upper/lower teeth?

    • @drbyim
      @drbyim 3 года назад +4

      You’re doing great! That’s totally fine to keep using the face cloth. You can start to introduce the brush when she starts to grow her baby molars. Clean her teeth after every meal.

      Use very soft bristle brush and do brushing very gently. Make baby play with toothbrush, then he’ll be comfortable. Make brushing fun for him :)

      Yes. We have to remember that it’s not likely you’re going to get all of the teeth in one try. So, clean their teeth and gums after every feeding and you should be okay. Good luck!

      You need not use any toothpaste for a 10 month old baby.... wiping off with a hygienic wet cloth enough in the initial stages, later you can try soft brushes

    When can I introduced a step 1 manual brush to baby?

    • @sagewooddentalcare4986
      @sagewooddentalcare4986  3 года назад +1

      You can introduce a step 1 brush when your baby’s first molar appears in the mouth. The brush will help you reach farther back in the mouth. However, your child may chew on it rather than let you brush with it. You will need to continue using the finger wiping technique as in the video and use the brush to make them feel like a big boy or girl :). Best of luck!

    My 18 month babys tooth is turning a lit bit color yellow. What should i do?

    • @drbyim
      @drbyim 3 года назад

      Slight yellowing of the lower front teeth is quite common. It may be due to some tartar buildup on the teeth. Try to have a dentist take a look at it (or even send a photo) to make sure that it’s not a health problem for your baby.
