@Kapil-Patel, It was a stressful 3 months but Everything worked out. Architecturally, we went from a Tudor Style home to Spanish style home. I do prefer a nicely designed house. I will do some update videos as we go along. Thank you for your support! I appreciate your time.
@jeidm9936, unfortunately, there was no way of affording this house without a mortgage. We were debt free; we paid off our previous house in 2021. After selling that house, we were able to put a huge down payment on this house. But a little debt motivates me to work harder. I was getting a little stagnant financially. And after paying off one house, I think I can do the same for this mortgage.
@tayne5009, it is not SF, LA or any ‘downtown’ area. It is in Sacramento where homes are getting expensive but not outrageously expensive. Some Bay Area people have moved here driving up the prices.

That’s a huge house with lots of potential, I’m guessing that for a million you must be along way from LA or SF?
