I have a husband who has been in care for two years with dementia. Today is my 54 anniversary and he will not remember it. There has been a lot of darkness for me and I am only able to go on because of my deep faith. I am constantly reminded that I do not have the heaviest burden to carry. Thank you for your insights today Ken. Blessings on you and your family and your viewers.

I remember every time I went through difficulties in my life I will call my sister the nun and complain about it, she always said not to wasted by complaining and offered it to Jesus.
Denied yourself in persevering with love by meditating through his passion, the rosary, the mass and adoration where you find your strength in his sufferings.
Heavenly Father I’m seeking guidance through fasting, prayer and faith. God I know my faith and trust in you will get me through my hardships I’ve been facing with my sons as a single mother both are special needs and require much from me. God I’m trusting your plan but as I struggle to pay bills and as I struggle to buy groceries I ask that you give me strength and love because I feel lonely during this time. Jesus save us.

Thank you very much Ken. This is the true reality of suffering and how I sometimes feel. There is no sufferings like mine and yet there are those who suffer more than I sometimes do. May the Lord grant us the grace to persevere and trusting more in Him.

As one who suffers with a lot of physical pain it’s hard to escape how it hurts but when I remember to offer it up I soon forget how much I am hurting.
