Scrip your presentation before hand and rehearse it. Currently (1.1) if you set the grid units to something sane like millimeter (mm) the grid disappears, snaps still work. When you export a drawing to STL for a 3D printer a 10mm part is exported as a 0.01mm part. How do you put a hole in an object like your cube? And the exported STL file was not a Solid object.
I could add polish, for sure. As it is, I put out random candid thoughts. That's how my channel works. I try my best at not wasting peoples time. I don't mind the ruff edges. If you find it irksome, sorry. Hopefully people find utility in my videos in a timely manor, for the audience and my self. If I was to add, sponsorship, affiliate links, patron, may be this would change.
Hi, sorry just need try asking again. How do you change dimensions if you really the size is wrong. There doesn’t seem to be an option to resize you model?
Can you change the size dinmesions of grounded objects so for example if i model a toaster, can shrink the size down to 10mm x 12mm hold8ng the proportions? Cheers
Good video, thank you. I like the quick hit of useful information and this certainly is. Not everything needs to be rehearsed, keep up the great work!
