    The fact that Anna and Kamila are there while Trusova is not is ridiculous. Can’t wait to see Sasha’s GOE’s in next season cause she is back with Eteri.

      This is just a joke. She have the better technique and is the Quad Queen too. She brings the quads in the Female FS. And she is not in this video. The only Girl with Anna which jumps quad triple combines and Anna is not doing it anymore. We will see if Anna can hold the quads next season. But I guess without 3A will be already hard. Sasha and Kami will do it.

    • @matthiasmueller346

      There is a reason why Eteri opens the door for Sahsa again!!! She get a couple of promises. Because when Sahsa brings a clean Short and FS she is unbeatable because she is unstoppable :)

      @@matthiasmueller346 Sasha only needs consistency. This season she changed her jumps plan in every competition. I am sure that’s the main thing Eteri will work on with Sasha. And also, I don’t want to seem like a hater of Anna and Kamila, I am just being very honest. Sasha never gets higher pcs than Kami and Anna and yeah there is a reason. But also, they are far away from Sasha’s jumping technique and jumping ability, so they should not get higher scores than Sasha. We should be fair till the end.

    • @matthiasmueller346
      @matthiasmueller346 3 года назад +10

      I guess the rumours about the change back to Eteri are right. Sahsa will go 2022 to Olympia. Its better to give her a place and win with her than loose against Sasha trained by Rafael Arutyunyan.
      Sasha have so many fans and support in Asia. Would be stupid to not send her. Also for the Russian FS!!

    • @ppnexus2000
      @ppnexus2000 3 года назад

      @@lannguyende It really depends on the judging panel, That one judge with the 3 probably had a stricter requirement for ease throughout and was a stickler for good landings. Yuzuru had a bit of struggle between the two jumps which wasn't too noticeable and a pretty flow-less landing. I wouldn't sweat it too much

    • @lannguyende
      @lannguyende 3 года назад +10

      @@ppnexus2000 i get it, i shouldn't complain the judge, 3 is very good to be fair. I think that nowadays' judges are still a bit harsh on him compare to most skaters, just a little bit, like Yuzu doesn't usually have a good landing in the first half of the combination, or sometimes he has a diffrent technique to init his second jump, and the judges always take it seriously and decrease 1 or 2 points (compare to other skaters i think). I know it's not a big deal to talk about it, but we all know he's a textbook jumper, at least they should appreciate but a bit harsh on him like that.

    • @ppnexus2000
      @ppnexus2000 3 года назад +8

      @@lannguyende I feel like the judges are starting to be more harsh towards the older skaters (Yuzu, Nate, Shoma etc) and be more lenient towards a newer generation of skaters like Yuma, Shun and maybe even Vincent. Nathan and Yuzu are both pretty ripped off imo considering they're both textbook jumpers and usually land good. Shoma isn't textbook but compared to some other skaters who receive higher scores he's decent.

    • @divinearia1601
      @divinearia1601 3 года назад +4

      What makes you say Japan doesn't inflate their scores like the US and Russia, if you don't mind me asking? I've seen that comment a few times but I've never really seen specific reasonings and examples to support that claim so I'm just curious. From what I've seen of nationals _in general,_ skaters tend to score more.

      @kiyoomisakusa8214 3 года назад +41

      @@divinearia1601
      eh, never said JNats don’t overscore their own skaters. just that compared to the US and Russia, there’s a biiiiig gap between them. you can take a look into the judging system and learn how flawed nationals usually are in those 2 countries. the Russian ladies especially can easily get a 90+ with technically poor jumps in the short program, and over 180+ points in the long. Chen’s SP in this year’s USNats was about 114 points alone, a feat that shouldn’t be possible or reasonable for a skater with his current ability.

    • @divinearia1601
      @divinearia1601 3 года назад +3

      @@kiyoomisakusa8214...oh, so you're making that statement based on how you personally feel about the Russian ladies and on the feeling that Chen _shouldn't_ be good enough to score 114 pts on his SP skate. Well, Nathan has scored almost 111 pts at an international competition before on a short program in Italy...just 2-3 pts less than what he got at nationals...so, yes, while Nationals indeed are generally a little more inflated, I don't see this "biiiig gap" you're referring to. I'd be interested in knowing what the Japanese skaters scored at their Nationals.

      @@divinearia1601 if you’re so “interested”, then why don’t you look into it yourself? it appears the only reason you replied with and asked me that question in the first place was because you wanted to argue with a person on the internet who actually knows how the judging system works. i’d enlighten you with the details of their scoring, but i’m actually on holiday rn and unfortunately you’re not the only person who’s been bold enough to go against the word of someone who knows more than you do about the sport. if you happen to find my comments anywhere, either on this channel or on other channels (if you do a little digging and regularly catch up with ISU events i’m sure that wouldn’t be difficult, but seeing as you’re attempting to stupidly pick a fight with someone who knows better tells me otherwise, cause if you had done so then you would’ve been well informed by now on why my thoughts are how they are lmao), maybe then you’ll catch a glimpse of what i’m saying. if that’s too much homework for you (god forbid the person i’m trying to push into a corner here give me any tips on how to delve deeper into the sport because i want answers _here and now_ without effort, even though as someone who’s going out of their way to state there is no basis for this educated person’s claims, it’s slightly contradicting to be just that- someone with no basis to their words), the person(s) running this channel liked my comment. before you go on again about how tHaT iS nO BaSiS tO mY ArGumEnT, they never usually like comments that are misinformed or controversial with its opinions/perspectives. they always like educated comments about the scoring of certain skaters, about the comparison between A’s and B’s jump, and have made several replies in response to these topics. you can check their other videos to confirm. that in itself should already prove my point, and my point stands (and is pretty much concretely factual by now) that the inflation in USNats and Rusnats is miles more drastic than it is in JNats. check skatingscores.com and look for scoring sheets to your desire (i sound like an ads person lol) and take a look at the GOE’s, the PCS grades and the spin or StSq levels given. that should be easy to start with.

    • @kiyoomisakusa8214
      @kiyoomisakusa8214 3 года назад +33

      @@divinearia1601 also, be careful with who you outwardly claim 2-3 points is not considered a “big gap” to, because that statement in itself is usually already a testament to someone’s knowledge on the sport. “just” 2-3 points is false. that margin is quite large for a single program with less or, at most, equal quality to his GPF 2019 SP. for the overall accumulated results it might not be as big of a deal, but anything above 112 for Chen in the short is.

Im talking about these russian women (there are other skaters from other countries too, but mostly its always russian skaters) like grls got FULL BLADE ASSISTANCE, 3/4 PREROTATION, AND '' q '' , omfg cant even talk about isu corruption, and like bribing judges. and no im not blaming the skaters, theyre just told to do it like this, to get a better score, yeah i agree its easier to win, but frl isu aint doing nothing against it too, like if they had a rule about smth like '' IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN NO - OR MINIMAL PREROTATION THEN YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY GET minus points ''depending how bad it is, bet eteri would fix her skaters prerotation the second isu uploads the rule. According to an older simulation of a flip jump, it was textbook to use a relatively straight edge. So, why did the ISU suddenly ask that an inside edge be used? Anyway, I feel like Yuzuru fans are just trying to find fault and flaws in Nathan's skating...even saying that his scores need to be punished. I'm curious in what your opinion on Yuzuru's flip is. Is the edge on his flip perfect, in your eyes? If Nathan's is not inside enough then neither is Yuzuru's. And, honestly, if Nathan's flip is still one of the very best among all skaters, why take the time to criticize only him?

    When I see that the phenomenal 4salchow by Chen did not receive the highest GOE on WTT and WC, but the two-legged 4S freak performed by Hanyu - they received them twice - I want to close figure skating.

      Regardless of the actual GOE number, Nathan's 4S in his FP was beautiful. Also his 4Lz.

      When I see Hanyu is officially recognized the Greatest Figure Skater of the Century, 6th Greatest Athlete in 100 years of sports history, Top 10 Greatest Olympian of the Century, placed in so many GOATs & Legends lists... I feel so proud to be his fan. Greatest Figure Skater of the Century, and the best part is, GOAT of the Century is still active and continuing making history... 👍
