      blame it to his serious injury, but tbh you can completely blame it to the league itself...why did they even vetoed that trade??? are they afraid or somethin???? Cp3 is a very big impact to Kobe's career..... Kobe would've had a superstar floor general, could've made his game on the court easier....you can say it's the Lakers management fault,coach, Howard, and more..but if you look at it, it's all Nba's fault, tooo afraid for Kobe to have a dominating era in 10's because they prioritized a superstar that time...sad but that's really how it works

    Too bad this is Kobe Bryant's last playoff game in his career. He injured his Achilles the next season before the 2013 playoffs began (the Lakers made it, but without him), and he never got to play in the playoffs again. The Lakers never got to the playoffs again since then.

      Kobe left this league like Mj did ... unfortunately, it's different now, they didn't picked Kobe's brain unlike after Mj retired, everyone adapts the 90's basketball era but even improved it...as much as how talented players are today, so far only few of those superstars adapt the competition and toughness of 00's era

    After everything he's done in his career, I still believe the most intriguing part about Kobe's game was his deceptively quick footwork & his ability to create space. If this 2012 LA Lakers team didn't have Ramon FUCKING Sessions as their starting point in the playoffs and they had a half decent bench, they could of made it further. oh well..

      they lost their head coach phil jackson, lost odom like you said, lost derek fisher to the thunder who tells the coach how the lakers scheme works, lost farmar, lost brown, lost walton, their key bench piece guys, this was the start of garbage lakers era, and too many vetoed or stupid ending negotiating deals, they could have had cp3 or melo an made it to the finals at least, but they did a bad job

      @@king-ghost1027 you can easily tell, whats sad is I am a celtics fan saying, and what makes things worse is if they actually did get CP3, we could have had Kobe play in the league longer which would mean he doesn't retire early, and doesn't die in a helicopter crash

      @TheOnlyGoodOneHere no you mean he wouldn't had torn his Achilles because he wouldn't have to work so hard on the court if he had cp3 to orchestrate the offense,, his longevity would've been better than lebrons,, then he had a knee injury the following season that he only played 6 games in.. that's a lot of points he missed out on,, he could've beat Kareem record easily,, one more point,, kg said he wanted to play with kobe but kobe didn't answer the phone,, man what if kobe and kg played together , my two favorite players of all time. OMG

    Kobe woulda went to finals 2011-2012 if he had a better roster. This team was old, slow and just not enough shooting. They relied on Kobe scoring too much

    • @theonlygoodonehere2259
      @theonlygoodonehere2259 Год назад +1

      they sucked bad in 2012 worse than 2011, in 2012 they lost all their championship piece guys, and they vetoed the trade for cp3 in like 2011, it involved pau gasol, which rubbed him the wrong way, and they barely passed a low tier nuggets team in the 1st round
