Do you two have jobs? Yes! We both have full time careers. Brian is a Software Engineer and Kerry is a Graphic Designer.
What are those black pouches around your neck? We use the lanyards to carry some camera equipment, but many cruisers like to wear lanyards to hold their room key card.
What camera do you use? We typically use the DJI Pocket II, however, when we are in the water we use the Go Pro Hero 9, and in Alaska we occasionally used the Nikon P1000 for wildlife shots. What is a GUSS? GUSS is our name for a Towel Animal! It is a childhood memory for Brian that has lived on for years. You can see the home video moment where GUSS was born in Adventure of the Seas Day 6 (We Made the News) and Allure of the Seas Day 3 (Sea Day).
Is that one thing you said serious? Almost certainly not. If you’re new to the channel, we have really dry, sarcastic senses of humor. So if you’re questioning if it’s sarcasm - it probably is.
How do I ask a dinner time question? Leave a comment on any video and let us know it’s supposed to be answered at dinner time. We’re always looking for new questions (even if the next cruise we can answer it on is a long long way out).
Is it really pronounced CoCo “Key”? Royal Caribbean has said itself that it is pronounced “Key” in a FAQ of their own here: creative.rccl..... To each their own on this pronunciation!
When and how did you meet? We met in February of 2020 via a dating app. We answer this question in more detail in our Independence of the Seas Day 2 (Swimming with Pigs) video.

21:57 considering that volume of water and the fact that it went back to green after this I would think that they probably just shocked it with chlorine and/or algaecide. It’s amazing how fast those can clear up a pool and also how fast a pool can get gross again.

You guys should really try another Carnival cruise. The food you liked in Margaritaville is very similar to Carnival, such as the burgers, ice cream, steakhouse selections. Also, we’ve found that the live music is amazing.
For sure, with the food and wide variety of GREAT music on Carnival.
I could see that the ship was previously owned by carnival because of the layout and style of the ship!!

Dinner Time Question: While editing your videos, have you ever had to cut something out because of a crazy passenger in the background or something going on in the background?
this is a good question! the short answer is yes. our main camera, the DJI Pocket 2, has a super small screen, and you can’t see what is in the background. Unfortunately there’s been a few times when someone was right behind us, so we had to cut those segments out. They weren’t doing anything crazy though, it’s just awkward and distracting

Speaking of Le Grand Bistro, they have a "Hall of Fame" burger in my opinion, the double burger with carmelized onions. One of the best burgers I have ever had. We also love the violin music on Celebrity, the Beyond had some excellent performers in the atrium.
Kerrie, I've been on the "OG" Carnival Celebration as well. Since you and Brian are foodies, I do reccomend if you guys go onto a Carnival Cruise that you book either on the NEW Celebration or Mardi Gras. They will have the better food options.

Not gonna lie I’m a younger aged parrot head and never considered sailing on the paradise, but y’all are definitely giving me ideas about the islander. Actually saw paradise in Freeport last year and was kinda sad at the condition of it, but you can see they are really busting their butts to improve that with this ship.
I've sailed Paradise 3 times this year. It is a blast and the ship is surprisingly very nice and well maintained.

No tier level at this point. Toilets and dining rooms flooded. Pay extra for a second meal. Food is luke warm. No thank you at this time I’ll wait another year. I rather pay extra at Royal Caribbean.

@@ashleys4652 ok, 👍 Thank you for correcting my spelling. These points I made are major setbacks but I can see a hiccup here and there. The Islander is a cruise ship that has involved experienced crew member that came from previous ships.
I like trop rock, Jimmy Buffet, rock, Caribbean music, but not cowboy country. I would be disappointed if the entire theme is really country and not Caribbean.
