I agree with you on Cloud 17. It should be an adult section along with Hideaway. There is literally zero shade in the hideaway. That’s my main complaint with that area but I do love the club feel. It was also packed the whole cruise so they could use the extra space in Cloud 17 for adults too

I've sailed on an infinite balcony on Celebrity and you are right, there are pocket doors between the balcony and the room. If the doors are closed, your AC stays on. It turns off when you have the doors open. We had that room on a cruise in Norway and liked it there, but I think in humid Caribbean weather it would be way less desirable, as you noted!

For future, if you pull the tie part of the balloon away from it, it creates a little bit of friction and if you just take your teeth and just make a small incision, it won’t pop, and it will slowly deflate in your hand if you continue to pinch the part you tied
II always enjoy the perspective you both give in your videos especially as a fellow central Floridian - I am happy personally that they decided to change hideaway pool to 18 and up area over cloud 17- I was concerned the infinity pool area would be overtaken by children/ families - I am ok reading my book with loud music going on in the background or sunbathing in the middle of all the action people watching - so I hope it doesn’t change by the time I get on board Icon or her Sister Star of the seas

I love the infinite balconies on Celebrity..l love that huge window view. But l love regular balconies too. The icon looks gorgeous but it's too pricey. And l need a solo balcony. Only Celebrity has those.

I think that you missed some storage space. You were complaining about not having any shelves. I was watching Harr Travel reviewing rooms. In the room you had next to the thermostat there was a full length mirror, behind that mirror was storage with nothing but shelves.
Yes its true. I looked it up. By US law.....every cruise ship is required to have at least ONE shuffle board. But they only need to provide lifeboats to HALF of the people onboard. Suite guest have priority!
we haven't cruised RCL in 20 years (back when everything was included) and we've found the price transparency for Icon really lacking - we can't really figure out the food. which of the food you had required paying extra and which was included in the cruise base price? did you have one of the food plans and if so how did that work?
