Great tour! Seems like Margaritaville at Sea listened to all of the complaints about Paradise and really tried to get it right on Islander! I am curius where Islander would fall on your list of top ships... Yous will have to redo that video some day soon!

The pool is painted green it’s not algae! The animal kingdom lodge pool did something similar when it first opened and they eventually changed it because everyone thought it was dirty lol
He has a running joke that anything "pirate" is insensitive to the people that have suffered at the hands of pirates.... which are basically "violent criminals". It's just his sense of humor. Here is his reply to another pirate comment, haha: "pirates are criminals that commit heinous acts on society. if you let your small child play on a pirate ship, you’re teaching them to become a criminal. as soon as they’re old enough to obtain a boating license, it is very likely they will sail off and begin their life as a pirate, to try to recreate the joy they felt as a kid playing on that playground."

" And around the 30min issh mark yall made the comment that yes, you were invited by them. We have been watching you over the years and this video felt different from the start and 1st thing that came to my mind was that yall were invited! We love your videos because yall are fun, love to cruise and are true to yourself! We went to Alaska because of yall and we are going to Norway with Celebrity because of yall 😂😂😂 Be yourselfs! Going on this ship very soon, I’m sure you guys already know this by now, but if anybody else is reading these comments, the pool is supposed to be green because it’s supposed to look like the blender is spilling margarita into the pool. I don’t think I would have known that if I didn’t see it somewhere else. Dinner time question: y’all always seem to be willing to spent a little extra on the stateroom, and get at least a balcony. What, in your opinion, makes that upgrade so worth it every time?
A balcony is much better since you can lounge on the balcony and listen to the water. Such a soothing sound. My 2 cents, but a balcony is a must for a cruise for me.
@@shariherrington7035that’s why I asked! Every time I’ve tried a balcony I’ve been very underwhelmed and just completely unable to understand why it can be as much as double the cost, so was curious to hear the other perspective.
@@matthewschafer4236 I'm not them either, but we always book a balcony because my husband actually spends most of the cruise in the room, so it's nice to have an outside area to open up and see out of and hang out on. We also really like getting room service breakfast and just eating a casual breakfast out there and being able to see. Also, practically, I get motion sickness so it helps me to be able to look at a horizon and have fresh air even though the seabands work great for me.
I've never booked anything other than an interior cabin. My way of thinking regarding cruising has been to "spend half, cruise double". If I spend $2,000 instead of $4,000 on a cruise, then I can go on twice as many! I've found it to be much more beneficial to have twice as many nights on a cruise ship, than the marginal enjoyment I would get from spending a handful of hours total during an entire week, on a balcony. Just my 2 cents.
Loved this review. They've done a fantastic job on the refurbishment and theming. Grew up listening to Buffet. Would go in this ship for sure but I'm landlocked in Denver, CO. 😂

Excellent cruise review…..this definitely asserted our decision to try the Islander boat rather than the Paradise for our first Margaritaville at Sea cruise (actually, our first cruise ever!). Thanks for your honest review, we are excited for our upcoming trip.

Hey guys! great video, and congrats on getting on this ship! Quick question ... do you have wifi on your sailing? One of the last sailings, a reviewer said things were so new, the entire ship did not have wifi for the entirety of their sailing ... we're scheduled for mid July ... TIA !
A few questions, we are cruising on that ship in August. So did you both have to buy the soda package? Also were your virgin margarita and drinks free or did you have to pay for that? A question about room service, do they charge for room service there most ships it’s free, but I think Margaritaville is different.
