Three companies didn't like the answer as I was putting myself first, the 4th one did. They loved that I didn't give them a long winded excuse to butter them up and that I actually valued my worth.
HR also knows that candidate is sugarcoating the actual reason. Sometimes current company's environment is toxic and not appropriate for women working there, but still hiding the fact and sugarcoating means that truth has no value in professional life. If you say truth, they may not hire you.

I tried this in many interviews , all of them rejected . These tips look good on youtube and instagram but are not effective in real interview situations. The interviewer will surely know that you are lying and have muggled this script like a parrot.

If you didn't work there for long then how can you answer the question or your past experiences are not for longer periods then how can you answer
