@@ManojKumar-yy7yl Before asking for high pay we need to do basic search that how much a company is currently paying for specific role with experience or fresher and u should know that how u r skill set is helpful for that specific role...and ask accordingly, there is no harm in asking a good pay...if they can give it they will give or else they will say we can not...is our budget..then u can decide to join or not..But there is no harm in asking for a good pay

Hi , while attending interviews just to get shortlisted i said less number for expected package and thought of discussing (negotiating) in HR round, i cleared al coding rounds then they informed me that i will get call for HR round. But unfortunately they didn't do HR round n directly released offer for the package which I asked. Then i called and told to revise but he didn't agree... What can I do to negotiate?
