Not excusing the destruction they caused but understand what the hell just happened. The pain can help your spiritual awakening and growth. The goal is never let it happen again.

When I left home as an 18yr old young man for London and came back to visit a few years later I was stunned by what I saw/could see within the family/community. I felt bemused and an outsider more than I could have imagined. I was always thinking, wish I could make things better for everyone but the more you harbour these thoughts the more you stand still. It's a massive task to fix yourself and I'm really only starting in my early fifties. Pity I didn't have more sense when I was in my twenties. 🤔😁
I got shivers down my spine when i realised the shy girl i was fooled by was actually empty. It was like the lights were on but nobodies home...literally no sense of self. It was so damn weird.

My covert narcissistic mom is a dour victim who plays her pity party to anyone who will listen. She's certainly not a charmer, but plays the sympathy card with her tales of misfortune in life. She gets angry with those who try to get her to lighten up, yet has her stable of flying monkeys who defend her due to her "mother" status. SMH

Dear Paula, You said something about "maybe sounding like a loon" when speaking about the spiritual war. Anyone, and I mean anyone who has been through a narcississtically abusive relationship understands and knows, deep within their own soul, that it is/was a spiritual war. Jesus himself said, "We don't fight against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers, rulers of darkness, spiritual wickedness", etc. Education is vital, communities like this are a gift, but understanding that this is a spiritual war and giving it to God, is truly the only path to freedom. Recently divorced after a 4 decade long marriage. He never thought I would leave, and neither did I. I want to speak today to let others know that it can be done, it's never too late, and although it's challenging and painful to start the journey to healing, it is not only the best thing ever for the peace you will feel, but I promise you it is less painful than staying when all is said and done. I to went four decades with my NPD wife. It’s hard to put it into words what finally made me know that I had to go. But one thing is for sure once I made up my mind God opened doors for me to get out. It’s been a journey these last four years but I’m more at peace than I’ve been in a long time now. I don't comment often, but I guess I feel like Paula at times when I speak about the spiritual aspect of this journey. I always believed in God, yet I kept trying to do everything and fix everything on my own. When I got so broken and depleted that I was giving up on life itself, I genuinely asked the Lord to help me. That moment changed my life. I wish others could experience it also. It truly is as if He removes the scales from your eyes and you can no longer unsee the disorder. Everything changes, and I'm so happy you experienced it too. You're 100 percent right dear One it Is a Spiritual warfare 1. The first day she moved in my whole body started shaking, felt week nausea l vomit suddenly worry took over my inner space. 2 After only four days I woke up in the morning I noticed she wasn't there I thought maybe she was nearby around outside but didn't return until my phone rang online a female police officer saying am needed or else they'd come for me 😢 While I was getting ready to go I noticed that all my underwear disappeared, from each pare of my shoes she took one shoe and belts, my expensive beautiful valuable watch gone despite shame I walked to the police station confused lost in thoughts trying to understand what was going on and why. Neighbors repeatedly said since I met her I was acting strange was no longer able to articulate phrases nor finish sentences but I ignore em. Once at station she had a bag with my items in she accused me off things I had no idea about even before I'd open my mouth the offer said there was no case we'd simply go and talk like adults on our way back home she apologized that she didn't know why she did that. Was just first excuse I accepted among many others I tolerated for 7 years ntill I had enough 😮 I'll listen to Paula, Trace face it, Pink Girl teachers, Jill and Sam vaknin till am Heald without these Coaches some of us would commit suicide
In life we go around with the programming from childhood to go out and look for romance but in this world it's not all rainbows and ponies, I've seen dark entities around and inside these people who are narcissists 🙏
It boils down to misery loving company. Narcs always want to be right and they don’t believe there are people who are truly happy so they try to squeeze the light out of you to “prove” that people aren’t really happy out there. If people are truly happy that means there’s something wrong with the narc and they can’t have that !

You are so right about the substances. I was pushed to drink alcohol. From the first date. And when i did not, he would mock me and make bitter jokes for me in front of the waiter. He did admit he wanted me to drink beer to make me relax and put my walls down. We are their dinner. Well "served" explanation.
Interesting. The narc I was married to hardly ever went into the fridge to get a snack. An Apple, an orange, something leftover, nothing. I think he didn’t want to show his appetite. Same for meals I made. Not once did he ever comment and say anything about the meal unless I asked. So much I never picked up on.
I fed my Narc too well he was obsessed with food me shopping me cooking me washing up. Never said thankyou that meal was lovely. A word he used against everyone was user. A horrible word I hate that word he used it so much against normal people I can now see clearly he was the usur.
Oh my goodness, this comment!!!’ Yes! Yes! Yes! We went to a Christian counselor and they asked us what we felt was the main problem. I told them to write on the board the fruit of the Spirit; love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, gentleness and self control. I said, he doesn’t have any of those. My ex looked at it and with his nose in the air said, “just not my personality…” in the end, the counselors said they would counsel with me if I wanted to try to stay, but they wouldn’t counsel with him. None of the four counselors we saw would counsel with him.

I feel now after 6 months post discard by the X, were I was when I first met him 14 years ago. It feels great and I feel nothing but indifference when I think of him. It has taken a ton of self reflection and inner work but its sooooo worth it❤❤❤

When I recognised he was starting to 'take over' after our first child was born, I stopped telling him, mainly because I was having negative thoughts of him (about 1 year after we were married)...but now I see what it really was! He wanted to get into my phsychy!!

My narc ‘friend’ neighbour loves to hold court ,union a pub, with a captive audience as he ‘entertains’ them with his raconteur,wit, charm etc He’s extremely intelligent, retired from a CEo career, a high functioning alcoholic and pill popper, and VERY believable, engaging and utterly ruthless in seeking narc supply. He’s always darkly deeply vindictive and envious of people who have a good life. Money is his god, as is jig big ego and sense of entitlement. I have been no-contact for years, went to productive therapy and education, developed a yoga practice, and have taken the time to heal and process. My nervous system is still affected.
My narcissistic ( un) friend looks for people who are ill and then picks on them in the pretence of helping you. I dont believe shes helped anybody. Thats what she did to me for 25 years until i woke up! ( through videos like yours- thank you) I told her a couple of truths . Then a bit later i told her she was never to come round here again. That was in February. No reply nothing, because she has no defence. My life has been marred by narcissists starting with my own mother who was probably a psychopath. Which I don’t think you can really pick yourself up from not properly. Its been painful, very painful, but, im stronger.

Omg Paula this video resonates with my last relationship which was 3 years ago in a long distance relationship with a lady who started off so caring loving empathetic which i now realise was love bombing me then within 3 months she turned into someone completely the opposite verbal abuse, gaslighting me, catching her cheating on a dating app, ghosting me repeatedly until the mask slipped off of her and god showed me her true colours and there were times she would look at me with pure black eyes, plus she said to me that I'm very resilient which made me think wtf is she going on about now i realise what she is which is a covert narcissistic sociopath and i told that she was a covert narcissistic sociopath and to go sort her head out, then i blocked and changed my number so she can never contact me again, im now a reiki master and I'm now helping others who are going thru this type of abuse...🙏

Wow! yeah Paula...the timing is absolutely mind boggling. My covert Narc mother is 77 y/o now and for all of my life, I was assigned her caregiver in any and every way possible ( regardless of the very intense hardships that I was living through); its ALWAYS about her and her needs/wants and how she is such the victim and its my job to make her happy (she literally said this multiple times over the years). At 56 y/o, I finally decided to cut her out of my life as she (her energy) has literally been slowly killing me. I have many ailment that have had me on my knees more a few times, and all I want is to be healthy...healthy in every way. Things were moving along nicely and I was getting used to not having her energy sucking out my life force, lol. 2 months into my separation from her, she was put in hospital with lung cancer. I did feel awful for her, since this is a horrible disease with suffering involved and I do not want her, nor anyone to suffer. So, of course I showed up for her along with other family members and a new friend of hers/supply source. She told everyone in the hospital that I am 'her person' and the main contact for anything and everything. She never discussed this with me or asked me. This is after, months earlier, I had made it very clear to her that I am a dried up turnip and have zero to offer her, as I was barley taking care of myself. This hospital stay began in April. fast forward to today.... even while sick in hospital, she showed her hateful colors when I was around. When others were there, she acted like a sweet little grandma. This was truly gut wrenching for me and my body became very ill again. As of now, I have gotten back to my separation status from/with her and moving forward with my life. This sounds very cold of me, I realize, but she has made her choices with very clear minded intentions and her illness is a direct result of her refusal to care for herself as she expects everyone else/me to do it all for her. Rant over...😅😁 Apologies gang, I feel this scenario may be more common than we'd imagine
I understand completely and I empathise with you! My mother is exactly the same-she is 91 now- staying for 2 weeks with me my husband is taking her home on Saturday! She knew I was Ill in bed for a week before she came, but ignored the WhatsApp messages from my daughters, she phoned me the night before saying oh you’re not well, does that mean he’s not coming to get me? She lives in Lancashire i we live in Wales! My husband travelled to Lancashire and back in a day! She sees I’m ill but ignores me, it’s all about her , she goes shopping one day but it’s never enough! I’ve had one good day We shopped and she put everything back that she chose and bought everything the same a me ! I had a bug or food poisoning by the next day, I haven’t seen her for 3 days I’m in the next room! She just doesn’t care at all , She’s hinting for my clothes from my wardrobe tonight! It’s exhausting, I have fibromyalgia/chronic fatigue/ME I’m a Retired nurse I had to give up my career, my mother doesn’t believe me! My husband is exhausted she has been so demanding! She will hopefully go home on Saturday- It sounds awful but if she had consideration for other people she could stay but nothing pleases her!

They see an empathic person ascending and try to take them down. On a soul level I see them as really ancient. They seen it all, done it all, nothing is new to them. Life is just an empty game they don't enjoy anymore because they win at it so easily.
Physical presence equates to love to them. Mine said he loved me, took me on vacation and then brutally discarded upon return. Never go back as it'll gets worse!!

When they want the oxygen to live again they are on the prowl like a panther in the shadows of life. You don’t know where they are next because they are so devious and destructive hell bent on dragging a person down to their dingy dark pit of hell. I agree with everything you said and pray for anyone out there if you are caught up in this place - trust Paula and I it does NOT get any better but very much worse!! Don’t look back and be glad you are out as NOTHING is worth staying around for with these demonic beings. 24 years I lost and took another 15 years to recover. You can’t put a bandage over your brokenness. Your mind body soul and spirit is so messed up you can’t think which way is forward. Because I couldn’t physically see the damage and brokenness he caused it was very hard for me to understand that most of it was coming from him. I am no angel but I kept giving him excused and they mess your mind up so badly you want to do yourself in! I have been there and had a cupboard full of T shirts. They are pure evil demons. Would anyone pour acid into your heart - NO - but that is what they do until we have dissolved into nothing but an outer shell of ourselves. When my mother and I lived together about 2 or 3 years ago, I bought a pair of black jeans from Amazon to wear to my retail job. The next thing I know, SHE"S wearing a pair of black jeans. I was like, what in the world is going on here? I complimented her on the jeans, but it was disturbing. She also gave me an identical light blue t-shirt that had a Christian band logo on it. I didn't want us wearing the exact same t-shirt, 'cause it was weird. I ended up donating it to Goodwill. One day, she said that she knew that I had donated the t-shirt, but I didn't tell her that. That means that when I was out and about, she was searching my closet, etc. for that t-shirt. Can you believe the nerve? After listening to what you were saying, this is just her narcissism coming through. At the time, I didn't know that she was a narcissist. I've only known for a little over a year, but she has been a narcissist for my entire life and I had no idea. I just feel so deceived and stupid. How could I not pick up on it? I knew that she was controlling and demanding, etc., but I never heard the term "narcissist" until I was much older. In fact, over 5 years ago, when she still had her house in Tennessee, she cornered me in the kitchen and accused me of being a manipulator and a narcissist. Crazy, huh? Looking back on my life, things are making much more sense.

However like you said it still hurts and still all so baffling leaving you empty and confused and wondering if you should have done more. My mother moved back to Tennessee and I live in Texas, which is awesome! I don't have to look over my shoulder any longer, thinking that I'm going to "run" into her. (We frequent the same places.) I just found this out, through a family friend, about 3 or 4 days ago. I can't tell you how relieved I am that she moved back to Tennessee. You have NO idea.
Paula my ex sat in my car for the 1st time and I was gushing about all the work I’d done on my car … myself!! As a woman replacing suspension is rare!! He made a derogatory comment that came out of nowhere…. I must have just been entering the devaluation phase…. A few days later I noticed a deep long scratch in my leather seat! I was horrified but thought at the time … aw well he didn’t do it on purpose…. A few days later I mentioned it .. he said it must have been my coat … and said “it’s just a car” on further inspection…. It’s a nail scratch
My ex pastor got me into a whole complicated thing....He also ran groups on s3xual addictions, and when I told him mine, which was base on childhood exploitation, he said that I did not have to gain victory over it, because it turned him on!

I did something so drastic to the narcissist that I can’t see him ever stepping on my property again. I finally saw something that he did made it so unbelievable that I took a step. And he said to me no one does that to me and I said I just did. if I didn’t take action and take care of myself, I was gonna commit suicide he wasnt afraid of the police. He wasn’t afraid of my daughter. Well, I found something he was afraid of and he ain’t ever coming back here.

When I left home as an 18yr old young man for London and came back to visit a few years later I was stunned by what I saw/could see within the family/community. I felt bemused and an outsider more than I could have imagined. I was always thinking, wish I could make things better for everyone but the more you harbour these thoughts the more you stand still. It's a massive task to fix yourself and I'm really only starting in my early fifties. Pity I didn't have more sense when I was in my twenties. 🤔😁

Dear Paula,
You said something about "maybe sounding like a loon" when speaking about the spiritual war. Anyone, and I mean anyone who has been through a narcississtically abusive relationship understands and knows, deep within their own soul, that it is/was a spiritual war. Jesus himself said, "We don't fight against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers, rulers of darkness, spiritual wickedness", etc. Education is vital, communities like this are a gift, but understanding that this is a spiritual war and giving it to God, is truly the only path to freedom. Recently divorced after a 4 decade long marriage. He never thought I would leave, and neither did I. I want to speak today to let others know that it can be done, it's never too late, and although it's challenging and painful to start the journey to healing, it is not only the best thing ever for the peace you will feel, but I promise you it is less painful than staying when all is said and done.

Thank you for validating and sharing your own journey. I don't comment often, but I guess I feel like Paula at times when I speak about the spiritual aspect of this journey. I always believed in God, yet I kept trying to do everything and fix everything on my own. When I got so broken and depleted that I was giving up on life itself, I genuinely asked the Lord to help me. That moment changed my life. I wish others could experience it also. It truly is as if He removes the scales from your eyes and you can no longer unsee the disorder. Everything changes, and I'm so happy you experienced it too.

1. The first day she moved in my whole body started shaking, felt week nausea l vomit suddenly worry took over my inner space.
2 After only four days I woke up in the morning I noticed she wasn't there I thought maybe she was nearby around outside but didn't return until my phone rang online a female police officer saying am needed or else they'd come for me 😢 While I was getting ready to go I noticed that all my underwear disappeared, from each pare of my shoes she took one shoe and belts, my expensive beautiful valuable watch gone despite shame I walked to the police station confused lost in thoughts trying to understand what was going on and why. Neighbors repeatedly said since I met her I was acting strange was no longer able to articulate phrases nor finish sentences but I ignore em. Once at station she had a bag with my items in she accused me off things I had no idea about even before I'd open my mouth the offer said there was no case we'd simply go and talk like adults on our way back home she apologized that she didn't know why she did that. Was just first excuse I accepted among many others I tolerated for 7 years ntill I had enough 😮 I'll listen to Paula, Trace face it, Pink Girl teachers, Jill and Sam vaknin till am Heald without these Coaches some of us would commit suicide

You are so right about the substances. I was pushed to drink alcohol. From the first date. And when i did not, he would mock me and make bitter jokes for me in front of the waiter. He did admit he wanted me to drink beer to make me relax and put my walls down.

Interesting. The narc I was married to hardly ever went into the fridge to get a snack. An Apple, an orange, something leftover, nothing. I think he didn’t want to show his appetite. Same for meals I made. Not once did he ever comment and say anything about the meal unless I asked. So much I never picked up on.
I fed my Narc too well he was obsessed with food me shopping me cooking me washing up. Never said thankyou that meal was lovely. A word he used against everyone was user. A horrible word I hate that word he used it so much against normal people I can now see clearly he was the usur.

Oh my goodness, this comment!!!’ Yes! Yes! Yes! We went to a Christian counselor and they asked us what we felt was the main problem. I told them to write on the board the fruit of the Spirit; love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, gentleness and self control. I said, he doesn’t have any of those. My ex looked at it and with his nose in the air said, “just not my personality…” in the end, the counselors said they would counsel with me if I wanted to try to stay, but they wouldn’t counsel with him. None of the four counselors we saw would counsel with him.

He’s extremely intelligent, retired from a CEo career, a high functioning alcoholic and pill popper, and VERY believable, engaging and utterly ruthless in seeking narc supply.
He’s always darkly deeply vindictive and envious of people who have a good life.
Money is his god, as is jig big ego and sense of entitlement.
I’m slowly weaning myself away from any engagement with him.

I have been no-contact for years, went to productive therapy and education, developed a yoga practice, and have taken the time to heal and process. My nervous system is still affected.
I pray that God have mercy on his soul.
My narcissistic ( un) friend looks for people who are ill and then picks on them in the pretence of helping you. I dont believe shes helped anybody. Thats what she did to me for 25 years until i woke up! ( through videos like yours- thank you) I told her a couple of truths . Then a bit later i told her she was never to come round here again. That was in February. No reply nothing, because she has no defence. My life has been marred by narcissists starting with my own mother who was probably a psychopath. Which I don’t think you can really pick yourself up from not properly. Its been painful, very painful, but, im stronger.

Omg Paula this video resonates with my last relationship which was 3 years ago in a long distance relationship with a lady who started off so caring loving empathetic which i now realise was love bombing me then within 3 months she turned into someone completely the opposite verbal abuse, gaslighting me, catching her cheating on a dating app, ghosting me repeatedly until the mask slipped off of her and god showed me her true colours and there were times she would look at me with pure black eyes, plus she said to me that I'm very resilient which made me think wtf is she going on about now i realise what she is which is a covert narcissistic sociopath and i told that she was a covert narcissistic sociopath and to go sort her head out, then i blocked and changed my number so she can never contact me again, im now a reiki master and I'm now helping others who are going thru this type of abuse...🙏

I totally agree with this analogy of the Narc sole. They are so draining and feed off other people in many ways. (That's my experience of it).
Wow! yeah Paula...the timing is absolutely mind boggling. My covert Narc mother is 77 y/o now and for all of my life, I was assigned her caregiver in any and every way possible ( regardless of the very intense hardships that I was living through); its ALWAYS about her and her needs/wants and how she is such the victim and its my job to make her happy (she literally said this multiple times over the years). At 56 y/o, I finally decided to cut her out of my life as she (her energy) has literally been slowly killing me. I have many ailment that have had me on my knees more a few times, and all I want is to be healthy...healthy in every way. Things were moving along nicely and I was getting used to not having her energy sucking out my life force, lol. 2 months into my separation from her, she was put in hospital with lung cancer. I did feel awful for her, since this is a horrible disease with suffering involved and I do not want her, nor anyone to suffer. So, of course I showed up for her along with other family members and a new friend of hers/supply source. She told everyone in the hospital that I am 'her person' and the main contact for anything and everything. She never discussed this with me or asked me. This is after, months earlier, I had made it very clear to her that I am a dried up turnip and have zero to offer her, as I was barley taking care of myself. This hospital stay began in April. fast forward to today.... even while sick in hospital, she showed her hateful colors when I was around. When others were there, she acted like a sweet little grandma. This was truly gut wrenching for me and my body became very ill again. As of now, I have gotten back to my separation status from/with her and moving forward with my life. This sounds very cold of me, I realize, but she has made her choices with very clear minded intentions and her illness is a direct result of her refusal to care for herself as she expects everyone else/me to do it all for her. Rant over...😅😁 Apologies gang, I feel this scenario may be more common than we'd imagine

My mother is exactly the same-she is 91 now- staying for 2 weeks with me my husband is taking her home on Saturday!
She knew I was Ill in bed for a week before she came, but ignored the WhatsApp messages from my daughters, she phoned me the night before saying oh you’re not well, does that mean he’s not coming to get me?
She lives in Lancashire i we live in Wales!
My husband travelled to Lancashire and back in a day!
She sees I’m ill but ignores me, it’s all about her , she goes shopping one day but it’s never enough!
I’ve had one good day We shopped and she put everything back that she chose and bought everything the same a me !
I had a bug or food poisoning by the next day, I haven’t seen her for 3 days I’m in the next room!
She just doesn’t care at all ,
She’s hinting for my clothes from my wardrobe tonight!
It’s exhausting,
I have fibromyalgia/chronic fatigue/ME I’m a Retired nurse I had to give up my career, my mother doesn’t believe me!
My husband is exhausted she has been so demanding!
She will hopefully go home on Saturday-

Thank you Paula I absolutely love the title you gave this podcast “The Walking Dead” that truly sums a narcissist up to neatly. When they want the oxygen to live again they are on the prowl like a panther in the shadows of life. You don’t know where they are next because they are so devious and destructive hell bent on dragging a person down to their dingy dark pit of hell. I agree with everything you said and pray for anyone out there if you are caught up in this place - trust Paula and I it does NOT get any better but very much worse!! Don’t look back and be glad you are out as NOTHING is worth staying around for with these demonic beings. 24 years I lost and took another 15 years to recover. You can’t put a bandage over your brokenness. Your mind body soul and spirit is so messed up you can’t think which way is forward. Because I couldn’t physically see the damage and brokenness he caused it was very hard for me to understand that most of it was coming from him. I am no angel but I kept giving him excused and they mess your mind up so badly you want to do yourself in! I have been there and had a cupboard full of T shirts. They are pure evil demons. I agree with Remi, find a sunny spot. I have no narc demands now ... which were 24/7. Now I live my own life. If I feel like lazing in a sunny spot I can laze as long as I like. My time is my own. It's wonderful. I'm getting better in my journey. Thankyou ❤

When my mother and I lived together about 2 or 3 years ago, I bought a pair of black jeans from Amazon to wear to my retail job. The next thing I know, SHE"S wearing a pair of black jeans. I was like, what in the world is going on here? I complimented her on the jeans, but it was disturbing. She also gave me an identical light blue t-shirt that had a Christian band logo on it. I didn't want us wearing the exact same t-shirt, 'cause it was weird. I ended up donating it to Goodwill. One day, she said that she knew that I had donated the t-shirt, but I didn't tell her that. That means that when I was out and about, she was searching my closet, etc. for that t-shirt. Can you believe the nerve? After listening to what you were saying, this is just her narcissism coming through. At the time, I didn't know that she was a narcissist. I've only known for a little over a year, but she has been a narcissist for my entire life and I had no idea. I just feel so deceived and stupid. How could I not pick up on it? I knew that she was controlling and demanding, etc., but I never heard the term "narcissist" until I was much older. In fact, over 5 years ago, when she still had her house in Tennessee, she cornered me in the kitchen and accused me of being a manipulator and a narcissist. Crazy, huh? Looking back on my life, things are making much more sense.
They project al the time. Basically her calling you manipulator and a narcissist as her telling on herself.
Wow you were so accurate on it all. I set boundaries early which had it all crumble early. However like you said it still hurts and still all so baffling leaving you empty and confused and wondering if you should have done more. I just cant believe this shy cute girl was actually a covert narc. Its been 6 months and im still healing! Thankyou for this video.
Thankyou Paula that was a great video. Great work. Given me some home truths that rang a bell. I have a lot of mental nonsense that I was left with, I call it gullible I was brain washed. I'm working on it and need to continue to work on it to regain Me. Who am I. I'm not all the horrible things he implied I was and the name calling. I knew I wasn't eventually after many years I realised this man was mentally ill. Yet I put up with it. Dangerous people. I'm free and happy now. Love and best wishes.

My mother moved back to Tennessee and I live in Texas, which is awesome! I don't have to look over my shoulder any longer, thinking that I'm going to "run" into her. (We frequent the same places.) I just found this out, through a family friend, about 3 or 4 days ago. I can't tell you how relieved I am that she moved back to Tennessee. You have NO idea.

Paula my ex sat in my car for the 1st time and I was gushing about all the work I’d done on my car … myself!! As a woman replacing suspension is rare!! He made a derogatory comment that came out of nowhere…. I must have just been entering the devaluation phase…. A few days later I noticed a deep long scratch in my leather seat! I was horrified but thought at the time … aw well he didn’t do it on purpose…. A few days later I mentioned it .. he said it must have been my coat … and said “it’s just a car” on further inspection…. It’s a nail scratch
My ex pastor got me into a whole complicated thing....He also ran groups on s3xual addictions, and when I told him mine, which was base on childhood exploitation, he said that I did not have to gain victory over it, because it turned him on!

I did something so drastic to the narcissist that I can’t see him ever stepping on my property again. I finally saw something that he did made it so unbelievable that I took a step. And he said to me no one does that to me and I said I just did. if I didn’t take action and take care of myself, I was gonna commit suicide he wasnt afraid of the police. He wasn’t afraid of my daughter. Well, I found something he was afraid of and he ain’t ever coming back here.
