Surrounded by countless unmanned aircraft, in the midst of endless alerts, the appearance of Trigger flying freely through the sky by dropping an Arsenal Bird many times bigger than itself. Even when surrounded by the heavy sound of an orchestra, the main vocalist, Kiyoka Wada, sings just as magnificently as her voice alone, and it looks like Trigger.
Ace Combat 3 could very easily have been turned into an anime, with all the footage already made serving as the base for it. Unfortunately, the many routes would prove a problem but they could stitch something together. AC6 also had a clear US war movie kinda vibe to it. But in the end it has to be this way, since the climatic parts are much more effective when its the player holding the controls at the final battle and trying their hardest not to lose, when all of a sudden the momentum drops and the crescendo explodes.
Same here, especially after haven't playing the game in a long time, it feels like this song made me realize that the unknown blue sky is calling me and my aircraft once again.

2:02 makes me wonder how amazing it must be to fly an aircraft like that. Sure, Ace Combat and other flight simulators can do the best they can to simulate flight, but I’d imagine playing a flight simulator and actually flying a real aircraft are two totally different things.
I wonder what the classical master would've thought if they were there hearing this? Would it so foreign that they wouldn't be able to enjoy it or view it as some kind of blasphemy or would they think it's actually good and a masterpiece.

I’ve played through the campaign once and now I’m going back again on my computer and this is pulling at my heart strings. It’s such an intense feeling, but even more so in the game as you try to beat the enemy in the turn to get missile lock cuz that one missile kill could lead to world peace
This is part of why M19 is my favorite mission in the game. The legendary music, the buildups, the tense fight, the MISSILE ALERT, and the way it end is all pieced together so perfectly.

The game was single-handedly stalled because of this OST alone. The producer wanted something to truly drown the player in the emotions, the feels and the intensity of Ace Combat in one track alone, and it clearly didn’t fail in it’s task. A true masterpiece.
I don't think there was anything there, since they specifically wanted an unique song and trusted Keiko Kobayashi. Not like QA testers need music while they break the game.
