Hi first time viewer! Yes, there are doors in some tunnels normally for equipment rooms (tunnel ventilation/signalling) or emergency evacuation shafts. Since its my first time here, not sure of your plans for your "upstairs" board but you could build a MOC for the shaft entrance on the top (in real life this is normally a fenced off square building), maybe with some EMS personnel or criminals trying to gain entry, etc. 😜
Good to know, thanks for sharing! The whole upper platform area is going to be like a park/nature preserve/forest, but a little building like that might make sense.
Normally I can't stand timelapse videos but this was really great to watch, the tunnel looks amazing! I love the Y shape of it, not sure I've seen that before either but that's what makes it unique. Keep up the good work!
I love the tunnel. I think I would have tried to include just two or three ties between the tops of the walls around the curve to try and add a bit more rigidity, but perhaps you already did and it didn't work...? No issue with the turnout in the tunnel. I don't think it's common on modern railways, but I am sure it's been done, and it was often done in mining tunnels.
Great content. The door is awesome. Maybe there is another doors between the two tunnels so minifigs can go in between. Looking forward to the story telling on the other side of the tunnel
Always a pleasure to watch, really great to see this build and your creative process. Love the tunnel and looking forward to what I'm guessing is going on top!
Great content as always, Michael! I'm super envious of your studio setup -- would love to see a video on how your procure and organize your bricks... I'd love to get a similar setup going when I eventually buy a house.
Procurement is mostly just sets I buy and then take apart and put into my drawers. I sort mostly by element but I also have boxes by color of more common bricks. I also use Pick a Brick on Lego’s website or bricklink. I am planning on building out my desk and will be moving all those drawers so maybe I’ll make a video then, but I’m not sure when I can get to that. Glad you enjoy ed the video!
Hallo Michael, really nice video.. 👍🎉 Grawe progress...
Greetings CASI I
Thank you! Cheers!

Lovely Tunnel, very detailed.
Many thanks!
The view riding the train through the tunnel is fantastic. And yes, switches/points in tunnels is a thing.
Yessss. Also, I can’t wait until there’s more buildings for the train to ride past. I also want to try putting the camera sideways as it travels. 😎

Thanks! I'm glad to have been an exception!

Yeah it seems Saturday enough and now that it’s enclosed by the raised platform I don’t foresee any problems. Glad you like it!
Wow lots of work on that tunnel. looks great. But the tram stop also looks very good.
Thanks! I like the tram stop too. There’s an older vid on that too, although it’s a bit different now.
incredible detailing on the wall! the arches, masonry bricks, shield tiles and everything works together really well
Thanks! I iterated quite a few times on design before deciding on that one. 😩
Wow, so cool! Thanks, now I know how to build my tunnel. The details at the tunnel entrance are great!
Thanks! The results of google and experimentation!
fabulous! and I love the Y tunnel!
Thanks!!
Wahou that is a lot of work and it’s nice. Nice job 👍🏼
Thanks 👍
Beautiful update🎉 the train tunnel is great. Good job
Thank you very much!

I love it
Wow, thank you!

Haha yeah I’ve wondered about what to do there… I did score a set with gollum the other day… 😈
That tunnel is amazing. Some of the best building I have seen. Calm and relaxing to watch as well. Subscribed 🙂
Thanks for the sub! Calm and relaxing is what I’m going for!
Very good end result. It was nice to see it grow step by step 👍
Thanks!!!
This is my first time seeing your videos and I gotta say, I LOVE your layout!! I'll be keeping up from now on!
Awesome welcome aboard!
This is so creative 🤩 Love the amount of detail, precision and realism! 👌
Thank you so much! 😊

Very Beautiful!!❤
Thank you! 😊
Very nice build/detail, super impressive. How many pieces went into those tunnels!
So many bricks lol. I actually ran out partway through and then ordered way too many.
The struggle of the train tracks underneath the platform is real 😂😂
😂 yes!
Finally a new video 🎉🎉🎉
I love the train tunnel!
I’m so glad you like it!
I really wish I could update more frequently but… life.
@@rebricks yeah I understand...
Awesome train tunnel and Lego City I'm actually starting my own city build
Thanks! And awesome! I look forward to it!
@@rebricks no problem mate
Very cool. Bit late now but graffiti being built into the wall would have been an epic added detail
Yes, a few have mentioned something like that, and I agree, but also, yes, it might be too late for that lol.
This came out great 😊
Thank you! 😊
Found you from Instagram. Great stuff.
Thanks for making the jump to RUclips! Sometimes I wonder if it's worth it to do both lol
I just saw a suggested post, short reels are worth to make.@@rebricks
so good!
Cheers!
i think that it's beautiful, but you can light up the tunnel for makeing it more cool
I left holes in the roof for that possibility!
Awesome! Great stuff
Thank you!
Sweet tunnels. Very parts intensive, but worth it
Definitely parts intensive lol.
Great 😊 greetz from germany ☺️👍
Abo and like.....cool video 😉
Hallo!
Job well done
🥂
You have got a new subscriber! Small suggestion - your narration is very soft. I can barely hear what you are trying to say.
Thanks for the sub and suggestion! I’m going for “chill and casual” with my narration but perhaps it’s overboard.
your headphones must be cheeks
TRAIN TUNNEL!!!
I KNOW RIGHT?!
My Ipad is about to die so please like
