Hey, this is Alex with Torsion Garage Door. Today I'm gonna show you how to simply connect your remote to your unit. Um, sometimes they lose connection, or if you buy a new unit, you buy a new remote and you need to sync it up. It's fairly easy. You're gonna look for the set or learn button. This is a genie model. This one's located here. You're gonna hold it until it lights up blue. You're gonna come on your remote. You're gonna click 1, 2, 3, and it's connected, and it now works. And the same thing for the other one. This also applies for Lift Master Chamberlain. Whatever you have, you're gonna find the learn button, you're gonna click it, and you're gonna sync your remote up. It's very easy.
