There are manual processes involved, taking dough out and passing to next machine, pressing it, take dough balls and feed it to roti maker. If these can also be automated and brought in a single production line, it will be an 100% automatic roti maker. Just feed wheat powder, salt, oil and water, roti comes out of production line.
Raz Patnaik-ANot This machine is NOT AUTOMATIC machine, but rather an ASSISTANT machine. If you have to do more manual labor beyond pouring in all the necessary ingredients at the beginning & gathering the fully ready to use product from that one device... That being said, it’s nothing wrong with an assisted vs automatic... They both may be better than the completely by hand production... I agree that this particular item, looks to be very slow. But, I also don’t make large amounts of these, so I may be missing the equipment’s full benefit, like a mass producing consumers would... However I still commend, respect, support & encourage the inventors creativity & ambition attempts @ solving a problem. I’m confident, their Improve the speed; there be no pushback & will gain immense success in sales...
The quality of the rotis in the end looks really good...like the actual rotis and not the flattened thick undercooked ones...its awesome...just one suggestion...try to make the landings of the flattened dough a little more smooth so the chances of it getting damaged (twisted in itself) will be less...right now they are being thrown from a distance so they are landing very hard... appreciate the work man..👍👍👍👍

Jokes Apart! Because cooking is seriously a tough task. I read about Sainsbury's frozen Paratha but let me tell you that Fresh hand cooked Parathas taste more better than packed one. I don't think packet foods taste as original as they're in reality. My humble request dear, try at least once making Parathas in your own kitchen and see the magic. If you can't do it alone than take help from family members. Forgive ne for long stretchy comment but yes go watch multiple tutorials on RUclips and start doing it from now....and enjoy your Paratha! 😊
