  • Things be moving on at a nice pace now. Finally have a tidy floor in the van of which to build on to. I cover the importance of fitting a sub floor rather than screwing the floor to the metal of the van, and also insulating it.

    Nice job chap 👍
Bit of a fiddly job but makes a huge change, which is good for the old build mojo 😁

nice job! I am at the exact same stage with my R Trafic. dreading having to cut the floor myself.I'll probably end up buying 4 sheets after cocking it up. Probably worth putting in an aluminium L shape profile where the sliding door step was.

Cheers dude. It’s definitely a trial and error process. But as long as you don’t cut too much in one go you should be ok. Its just a pain getting the board in and out to check. Yeah I’m definitely gonna finish the edge off with something, and the one at the back.

Another cracking video Jaz, I done my fall in a very similar way but i have a SWB Vivaro.
I just need to tidy up my dash board as it was a typical builders van.
The van is looking great buddy can't wait to see what else you have in store for the van

I can’t find that paint code dude. 7034 comes back as a RAL paint code but it’s yellow grey not beige grey. The full code you have out comes back without any results.
Was it a Raptor colour or do you know the paint manufacturer?

It’s not a raptor colour no. Next time I’m over my paint suppliers il find out what it was.
