Wow! I have watched tons of RUclips golf, have had quite a few lessons, and while others have given the “give blood” tip for the right arm, NO ONE has ever said why. Moving the swing arc forward, while trivial to others, is the reasoning I needed to implement the technique. Who cares about a tip if you don’t know why you’re doing it, right?

Hi, I totally agree with you, why should anyone make changes to their swing if they don’t know why and also how to make the change is just as important. But if you don’t know why you won’t be fully committed to the ‘how’ to make the change. Pleased you’ve enjoyed the video, if there anything else you’d like to see on the channel?

Thanks a lot Harry! I have the same problem as your student. I tried your excellent advice to day on the simulator and after a few swings I really compressed the ball with my Irons. Keep up the good work, you are definitely one of the best instructor’s on U-tube. Best regards from Nils in Norway😊
