Thanks for this! Also I gotta love the auto generated subtitles, I think they're having trouble with a non-american accents. Highlights include "only deaf people on the boat show" and "efforts of the facebeast"
hahaha love it! My brother said he once tried watching my videos with no sound and just subtitles, apparently I come out with some great stuff! I have tried going through and editing some of them them, but it's such a mission! Long live the Facebeast 😂
Good Day. I just want to say that those are the exact same rolled oats that I use in my hamburger patties. It's very simple basically half rolled oats half mince then bind it together with mustard and I cook it in an air fryer - done in 15 minutes. I also use rolled oats for my sugar free carrot muffins - I deviated from the original recipe and put rolled oats in - gives it more texture. Anyway they cost 4 dollars a bag for those rolled oats..
Yeah not sure if you've seen my burger patty recipe but I use them in that too … in fact most mince things I substitute part of it with them they're great! Never thought about adding them to baking etc but will now - bet they'd work great in a banana loaf too!
@@CheaperWaysNZ mykidslickthebowl.com/carrot-muffins/ This is the recipe I use, I have altered it by substituting approx 100 grams of flour for rolled oats. I also add some extra baking powder to the mixture. The muffins do freeze really well. I usually do 3 dozen at a time as that is what I have space for in the oven. A good time to do it is when carrots are very cheap 80 - 100 cents a kilogram. As far as defrosting the muffins go its best to leave them out overnight - I find microwaving or trying to speed up the thawing process doesn't go so well. This works for me as work food.
@@CheaperWaysNZ I suppose I could keep my own chickens, I got a space in mind but I did designate it for somewhere to put my barbeque, and it doesn't get much sun in that spot, also there is a shed in the way. The neighbours have chickens and it makes use of the useless space between the garage and the fence as part of their run. I'd have to fence it off in such a way that I can still access the shed, then have the chickens go round the shed to the back space. I do like the idea of chickens, dogs and cats cause a lot of damage.
instead of baking paper try silicone baking sheet
Good idea - I didn't even know these existed! Gonna have to research now!

I might add that this is the only recipe I currently use that contain eggs. i've eliminated it from everything else.
@@cdogvlog5557 oh I couldn't do that I love eggs - especially from our chooks - yummo!

Haha I reuse my baking paper too. Thanks for the recipe.
lol - yay I'm not the only one!
hello for sharing your experience thanks for sharing i sub
Thanks :)
Hey Sarah would sunflower oil suffice
Yep don't see why not - I think any type of oil will do the trick 🙂
Chopped peanuts or peanut butter might also be a cheap seed alternative. Linseed is a great option!
Yeah would have to chop them up really small as they'd be hard to roll out - would be yummy though!
Recipe in the description please?
Oh I should do that eh … will put in later this morning :)
Less waste! 🥰
Definitely!!
Yum!!!
If only I could get them to last more than a few days (and I don't mean because they go off … damn gannets live in my house!)
YAAAAAY!!!
Always good to get a YAY!
