We are totally spoiled as far as instant gratification is concerned but I completely agree with you. To many RUclipsrs and not enough video content. - Great video though. My grandmother made crackers from time to time and knew it was simple. Found me a simple video to explain it too 🤣 cheers
Thank you for this video. It's great to find a straightforward video with a soothing voice that isn't full of the chef talking or cracking jokes. Plus you made it visually appealing to watch and chose tasteful music. Well done.
What a great video! Nice, clear, chocolatey smooth voice, relaxed background jazz, no time wasted on showing your pets or kids. Clear view of the preparation. This is a super example for cooking videos!
Thank you so much for making this video. Crackers have gotten ridiculously expensive and so now I. going to use your recipe and start making my own. These almost remind me of pita chips. Can't wait to try this out! Thanks again.
I just made this a while ago. This recipe is simple to make and not many ingredients required. I got over 40 pieces with just half of the dough! I have left over dough that i put in the freezer and will use next time I feel for crackers. I'm never going to buy crackers again, seriously. There's so much variations I could add to this!!! Thanks for the video!!!
Thank you for this great video. I didn't have sage, so I used thyme instead. They came out fantastic. We're gonna have them with a glass of wine before dinner as an aperitif. Thanks again sooooo much XXX ♥️♥️♥️
I have started making things from scratch for my kids. 1) It tastes better. 2) Kids are old enough to participate while not making me anxious about clean up afterward. 3) Most notably, they are much calmer throughout the day. Ty for this recipe. Will try today! 😊
I just wanna say thank you so much for making this simple wonderful recipe. I literally just jumped off the bed and decided to make me some crackers cause I’ve been wanting some and I really don’t like all the harmful things.❤ thank you
These look amazing. Good to see avocado oil in them. May try these with an almond flour to make them even more healthy. Great video. Simple and straight forward
I made nd it was so good , i used zaatar which is dried thyme herbs , and i added some sesame. In the dough i have no avocado oil so i added olive oil . So perfect i will make again .
This recipe looks great. I was wondering...instead of adding water, do you think adding canned pumpkin would work? I love pumpkin, and it would certainly boost the nutritional value.
Hello, Clarissa! Merry Christmas to you and yours. I am just planning my appy's and menus for the holidays and am so glad I found this video. I will be making some this weekend and will use my small fluted cookie cutter. Thank you, this is perfect timing!!
Looks like you could just cut into a large square or rectangle prior to adding the seasonings and then take the cut ends, ball up, and re-roll to get more crackers of a basic shape. Nice recipe, I'll have to try this. Thanks.
Yes...Thanks you. I am gluten free so this will be an economical way for me to get crackers. This will be a fancy treat for quests too. BTW...I felt like I was at an old piano bar in the old part of down town. I should have had a martini with it.
I didn’t have flour so I substituted Coco Wheats. Didn’t have salt so I tossed in a little pickle relish I had (salt was on the label. I didn’t have any oil either so I used some Sunny Delight. No sesame seeds on hand either so I used M&M’s. I must say your crackers definitely look better than mine.
Will you please do a video on how to make Regular or Buttermilk Homemade Biscuits? When the call for Inclinement Weather comes around, my Mom use to say, "Why buy bread, when you don't know how long you will be stuck inside and you give out? If you always keep lots of flour on hand, you can make Ash Cakes by cooking them in inside a pit fire & fireplace fire, then brush off ashes. Or, Hoe Cakes by flatting Homemade Biscuits & fry in Cast Iron Pan on top of Kerosene Heater or Grill. You will eat bread for a long time this way, than guessing how long bought bread is going to last. But! The First Thing......it's best to learn how to make basic Biscuits! If you have just Vitamins or Tonic, Cod Liver Oil, White & Sweet Potatoes, Onions (all keep well) bread, & water....you will Survive!" ~Words of Wisdom of A Country Survivalist!👍 Teach me how, please. Thanks! Love your Culinary Site! ♥️ PS: I also, personally say, include some protein: Hoop Cheese, Dried Fish, & Can Mackerel & Salmon for Grilled Fishcakes. Last but not the least! A statch of Red Wine! For the blood & happy spirit!😄👍♥️
I’m gonna give it a try. I just tried another RUclipsr’s video and they didn’t turn out. Yours is more informative, so I have hope. Also, I love your voice…so relaxing and warm. Question: I add a teaspoon of vinegar to my pie dough to make it flaky. It’s my secret ingredient. I wonder what would happen if I added vinegar to a cracker recipe? Any thoughts?
I need help getting into the culinary industry… I want to be a personal chef. I’m trying to make the best resume… can u give me advice? Also my household doesn’t have sesame seeds because it does stuff to men’s testosterone levels…
Hi...I just made mine. But don't no y it didn't have bubbles in them. Good but no bubbles. And bubbles is wat I like in my crackers. Do u no y they didn't have bubbles?
Dope video. Straight to the point. No standing in front of the camera and giving us s history of crackers just to hear yourself talk.

Thans for the class!
Next time try using water with herbs. Make it like tea, but instead of the tea use herbs. More aroma.
Oh that’s a good idea!
Do I need to oil the pan first or put it on Parchment paper before cooking. Looks great. Thankyou
You don’t have to do either but if you want to you can use parchment paper.
