Can you elaborate on what is "soft" flour? What I have is "all-purpose", "sprouted whole wheat", "rye" or "pastry" flour. Will any of those work? (I'm in the US)
I believe that'd be cake flour or pastry flour in your case. I think those are the softest.

Yes, I might miss make homemade crackers for my family tree. The only Cracker Barrel even buy anymore is organic Triscuits or some other organic crackers. You can also make homemade goldfish crackers and they are gluten-free. They have recipes all over the Internet for that.
