I made these cookies with almond flour and all-purpose flour, it is absolutely excellent. The recipe is perfectly explained, with exact steps to follow. Thank you very much from Argentina
So, I might be 3 years late to this party, but, loved the easy ingredients, simple method. I made mine with whole wheat flour & ras el hanout seasoning. So tasty! I found it challenging rolling out super thin with all that super flavourful cheese, but, talk about scoff the lot!
Oh couldn't resist making some of these, and they were (yes all gone Keef would approve I think) absolutely delicious. I've made cheese crackers before using different recipes, but they weren't as good as these. Many thanks KC!
Hey Keef! You have to be one of my most favorite RUclipsrs of all time! I have a feeling that this channel will become very popular in the near future. :)
You are a very talented person. I do enjoy your videos and look forward to new ones as they come up. Keep up the good work, your fans and I appreciate it,
Keef cooks is my favorite chef on You Tube! Thanks for sharing all this deliciousness Keef, you truly are one of the best and I'm Looking forward to more. ~Michelle
l'm going to give these a go on the weekend. l don't need to know if my kids will like them, l'm positive they will become a regular part of our diet. thanks Keef
I have just finished baking a double batch. The smell is so good. They are a bit salty, due to the types of cheese (Pecorino, Parmigiano and a big part of very old Cheddar). I guess next time I'll drop the Parmigiano as this is on the salty side. Pecorino is also salty. In a way, it is better as I can't eat all the crackers at once. Thank you for the recipe!
Thanks Keef I have been looking for a great cheesy cracker recipe😃🧀🥖 I have been enjoying your videos for a few months. You make me smile when I watch your videos and I also learn very important information🥖🥔🍅🍒 my name is Tressa Daigle from USA😍
After being initially worried about the dangerously high cheese levels I have cracked and decided to have a go at these later on, with a view to giving them a light dusting of black pepper/ garlic powder/ chill/ smoked paprika, before baking. I hope this meets with your approval. Much thankings.
Hi Keef, just wondering if you have ever done a chicken parmo? Lol from the north east Teesside classic... there's even spicy ones (hotshot parmo) would love to see one :)
If cake flour is like self-raising then I don't think it would work - your crackers would be soft and puffy and not hard and crackery. Surprised you can't get plain AP flour.
KeefCooks Hi keef actually I live in Japan the translation is not always correct for plain or all purpose flour they write light flour or weak flour. But anyway the cake flour turned out great. I added a little union salt and a little apple cider vinegar and a pinch of mustard. And the crackers were lovely Once again thanks a lot.
I have to use it a lot for low carb cooking. It's a pretty neutral flavor. Here's one of my favorite recipes I've found if you're interested: www.ruled.me/keto-corndog-muffins/
I love cheese so much, so I was watching you doing many wonderful recipes, but with this one, I think I found my Holy Grail. I have a lot of cheese in my fridge, both hard and soft. I understand hard is much better. I wonder whether Parmigiano reggiano or Pecorino Romano would work. Those are really hard cheese.
Thank you! I also want to mix cheeses. I love Pecorino, but as far as I know sheep vs cow milk cheese, melt differently. Anyway I'll try my best. Thank you so much!
Grana padano! My favorite. But it loses its crunchy granules when melted, so that's a bit of a waste to bake with it. I will probably try it with a sheep's milk cheese like manchego or pecorino.
I would but I'm in the middle of another project. I'm experimenting with a beef Stroganoff sous vide, made from a tougher cut of meat (chuck). 3 hours down, 21 more to go. :)
I just want to thank you so much for your videos. My husband is a Stokie and went to Uni in Keele. He has been here in the US with me for 14 years now. I love cooking his favorite things for him and you do them without all the extra fussiness. I even make him mushy peas from dry! Anyway - super chuffed to find you :)
Ooh these look good. I’m not sure my wife will give me permission to make them, we’ve just on the 30th of June celebrated our 40th ruby wedding anniversary. But as my age increases I’ve noticed she keeps stepping in if I look at making such as this. Oh of course I could go over her head and just make them anyway but she as a special way of making one feel guilty to the point that it would spoil there flavour. X
Hi Keef! Been a fan of your videos for a very long time! I'd love a shoutout! I've even made a lot of your recipes. I've been using your original Peking duck recipe for years!
Every time you say "let's do it!" all I hear is "let's do it, let's fall in love", and I hear the tune play ruclips.net/video/RYa5Ja73sjc/видео.html ☺. And these cheese crackes, yum!

Have you ever made an egg custard tart? That would be a good one to try if you havent. Another proper British classic.

Good luck!
Literally salivating. Would they hold up to use as a base for canapes or are they too delicate?
LOL - they're strong enough to put stuff on, but the flavour might be overpowering.
Yumm!!! Can't wait!!
I did not know, that it is so easy to make crakers. Wow, have to try them, thank you.

"dangerously high cheese levels" - is there such a thing?
Oh my goodness these look super amazing. I'm going to try making them for my co-workers so I'm not tempted to eat a whole batch 🤓
I think I'll like the video even more if one day I can make some of these - they look tasty.
Hi Keef, just wondering if you have ever done a chicken parmo? Lol from the north east Teesside classic... there's even spicy ones (hotshot parmo) would love to see one :)
Oh come on, Leanne, nobody's ever heard of that! But here's one I made earlier: ruclips.net/video/n8Iv_PaaFzY/видео.html
KeefCooks thanks! That Parmo video was great, will need to do that. I made your kedgeree today was delicious.
Wow such easy recipe! I'll make these as soon as I can :)
Wohooo a brand new Keef video.😁
Brilliant, they look lovely! You've gotta do some home made chunky pickle (preferably Branston style) to go with them though :)
Yep.
Don't ever change your style Keef, its the best! Gimme a shoutout ;)
A chef that likes cheese!! Im all in! Subbed!
Lord Skrotym who doesn't like cheese?!
KeefCooks lactose intolerant people. but shh im one of them and i still love my cheese!
Can I use cake flour instead?
It’s difficult to buy plain flour where I live. Thanks

Most welcome 😊
Thanks for this recipe, Keef! Nice that they're baked & not deep fried! -Charmaine Erskine xo
LOL - I don't think they'd work deep-fried...
Do you think one could make these with almond flour instead of white flour?
I've no idea - wouldn't it taste almondy? Never used the stuff.
I have to use it a lot for low carb cooking. It's a pretty neutral flavor. Here's one of my favorite recipes I've found if you're interested: www.ruled.me/keto-corndog-muffins/
I'm definitely gonna try this soon, with gluten free flour!
Nice keef
Yummy, i can do this one. Perfect. Cheers Moose.
Delightful
I added some flavour now I make my own shapes

LOL
You know what? We are about to make them once again today :D

Yes they would work, but I like to use 3 or 4 different cheeses
Thank you! I also want to mix cheeses. I love Pecorino, but as far as I know sheep vs cow milk cheese, melt differently. Anyway I'll try my best. Thank you so much!

If I can ever afford a lobster, I will, LOL
Moosedownunder is probably a Canadian in Australia, so thats 2/2, ha!
He's actually a Brit in Australia, but don't tell him I told you...
Grana padano! My favorite. But it loses its crunchy granules when melted, so that's a bit of a waste to bake with it.

Ok I'm upset with you ☹ why .......because there should be a warning because they are so addictive 😁
Didn't I say?
Yes you did but I didn't believe I would be walking around with a nose bag on my face.
I watched this as a joke. I'm horrible at baking. On my third attempt already!
never watch these videos if you aren't already eating or have the ingredients handy.
LOL
Who is the one person who disliked
There's always one. It doesn't matter, YOuTube counts it all as engagement.
how come you're so adorable?
