Hi Daniel, Thanks for sharing your recipe. I put your recipe to test and loved it! I've made it three times in a span of a fortnight. They are seriously addictive. It's definitely made it into my little book of awesome recipes. Thank you again.
Hey Dan, your sesame crackers look tasty. I like your presentation and the information you provided was well detailed and easy to follow. Great job! Looking forward to more videos.
@@DanliciousFood turned out so good i made garlic and thyme one, wish i could send a pic. If you are on instagram will follow you there as i will post there

So nice sesame crackers recipe. Hello from a new friend, a very nice channel with a lot of nice recipes, I like the way you present the recipe it is entertaining too and the final dish looks so delicious, I can't wait to see the next recipe, hope we stay connected 👍🙂
Wow! They look so good! What I liked about this recipe is that the seeds are incorporated in thee dough not just sprinkled on the outside like most recipes and half of the seeds end falling off the crackers and No baking powder! This is a Genius recipe✨ Thanks alot!
I just made them but since I'm allergic to sesame seeds I used pumpkin seeds instead and fresh Rosemarie with garlic powder wow I will keep your recipe forever. Thank you so much.❤i will sharethos video to all my friends.
I would stay within the week so it doesn't go stale! :) I'd be surprised if it would last that long, keep in an airtight container for maximum freshness! Room temperature is fine!
Oh absolutely, crackers are my go-to snacks because almost everyone has those ingredients in their pantry at anytime and they are great for dipping or having on its own! (can easily leave out the sesame too, although they wouldn't be sesame crackers anymore :P)
I've never tried it, but you can, avocado oil should work just fine, olive oil may give it a slight taste of olive, so as long as you're fine with that, should be good!
they do look so crunchy, Dan. Could I have some please, to dip with hummus! :) these are perfect! thanks for another great recipe. hope you are enjoying the weekend!
I'm sitting here eating "everything bagel" crackers from Trader Joe's, and I want to make my own savory crackers and your video was the one that I thought to watch because I watched other ones but I wasn't thrilled about them but I love how simple your recipe is. I want to use Montreal steak seasoning which I'm sure you heard of which is very savory, and I thought that would be great for a party, so I'm so glad that I watched your video and I'm definitely going to follow your recipe- thank you so much!! 🤩🤗🩷🌹 Oh- can you possibly write the measurements to make these crackers in bulk, I want to make them for a party and I'd like to make them rectangular like the crackers should be a little bit bigger and that would be great if you could- thank you so much!
Hi Dan tk u for sharing yr wonderful recipe with us n would like to try as I love sesame ! How long to bake.? Tk u again n keep up yr sharing n I really appreciate n hv seen most of it! 💐👍🏻🇸🇬🤗
About 18 - 20 min. should do the trick like I said in the video, but depending on your oven, keep an eye on the crackers, if you see a light golden brown on the edges, they should be ready and pull them out earlier if need be so they don't burn!
Merci infiniment 🥰 je viens de tester ma première recette de crackers, ils sont réussis et trop bons, parfaits et meilleurs que les crackers industriels, j’ai bien aimé celui au garlic powder and rosemary 🩵 merci encore
It would be healthier and you get a more nutty earthy taste to it, still delicious! Give it a try! You might have to adjust the ratios of the ingredients a bit though... to get it to the same consistency as in the video.
Yum, looks tasty! I did some sourdough crackers a couple weeks back that were similar to this, but would love to incorporate some sesame seeds. Great editing skills as well, looking for to more!
I just made it today. I thought it was thin enough but it still wasn't (for my taste lol). I'd also recommend to bake it longer so it's crispier. My first batch was a little chewy afterwards (though it was fully cooked). I will make it again. I may also add more salt so it has more flavor. Thank you so much!
You're welcome! Yes, the thinner the better because it can get crispier, you don't want chewy crackers! It does take a little bit of muscle and time to get it thin with a rolling pin though! Salt definitely will add more flavor, yum, especially if you eat them plain! Otherwise, I like to keep salt at a minimum so you can dip them in sauces or pair with cheese/meats, etc. Enjoy!
I loved how elastic the dough was. These looks amazing.. While watching the video I was thinking should I make these... then when you said “dip them in humus” that sealed the deal 😆 great video, every step explained perfectly 👌 thanks for sharing 😋
Thank you, yes, they are amazing for dipping! I forgot to add that I had lightly toasted the sesame seeds awhile back before using them, so be sure to do that for extra flavor from the sesame! 😊
I'm searching because I love crackers but they trigger inflammation for me. I love how easy this is. Never would have though its this easy! I will use an unrefined flour instead can't wait to try, thank you!
I like the way you make the homemade sesame crackers. It looks so healthy, crunchy, and super yummy. I enjoyed watching you cooking joined you. Hope we stay connected. Have a great weekend with your family♥
Thank for your video. How about whole wheat flour, can I replace the whole or half of the flour ratio. I will make it and send it to my grand children thank again.
@@Ljblossom I haven't tested it myself in this specific recipe, but it should work too! The only concern would be the moisture from the fresh herb, so try it and see if it's an issue, if it is, you may need to dry it out beforehand in the oven a bit, but otherwise, it shouldn't be an issue!
wondering? did the white sesame seeds change color after cooking? i might pre-brown the sesame seeds before cooking to guarantee that heavenly roasted sesame seed taste. thnx for the recipe...will give it a go.
I used some whole wheat flour that I sieved to remove a lot of the really large pieces but found it hard to get them thin enough. Maybe my pasta maker would do the job? It took a LOT more water to get it moistened and pliable.,
I have never tried deep frying them myself. However, I believe you CAN "fry" them in a frying pan, no oil needed and just place them in, heating it over medium high heat (adjust) until crisp and golden brown, flipping in the middle.
I remade them and did not knead the dough. It was much easier to roll thinly and less tough. Remember that over mixing biscuits and cornbread creates tough products. They were also crispier. I started with 1/2 cup of water and used some flout on and under the dough. Much better.
I have made these muliple times for the holidays and never a 1 left. Soooo good.
