    Makes 80 Crackers
    INGREDIENTS
    225 grams sifted all-purpose flour
    5 grams fine sea salt
    0.75 gram (3/4 teaspoon) Spanish paprika
    1.5 grams (1/2 teaspoon) baking powder
    0.75 gram (1/4 teaspoon) ground cayenne pepper
    225 grams finely grated sharp cheddar cheese
    115 grams cold unsalted butter, cut into 1 cm cubes
    45 grams ice cold water
    PROCEDURE
