when I whaled for W using all my credit card, I get only 2 Weedy and 0 W, and when I back to ARknight and see W again on banner, I just use 10 wishes and get it, now at least I don't suffer from not getting W

To be honest, the easiest to get a whale account with little investment is just to buy one online. A lot of veteran players who since day 1 quit this game so you can get an account with 16 6 stars for just 25 bucks. No need to whale

Well if account with max potential is considered as leviathan, then I guess mine is more like a heavy grinder + whale. Not really forcusing on potential, instead working on operators' skills (probably around 225 (edit: 256 atm) m3 skills at this point).
How many accounts has he reviewed cuz im player who saves all my OP for skins only even when I don't have the specific unit. I thought a lot of people just buy every skin they can but maybe I'm just weird for collecting them all.

If you look at the Depot you can see 10k green certs and tokens... a lot of tokens

When checking through Operators, I find it quicker to count how many who didn't have pot 6 than those who did.
