I know this is an old video but as someone working with some DL4's i would love to see the notes to create the samples or how you figured it out. Awesome job man!
A lot of Dave's samples are chords he uses in the song. These samples use the first chord of the song. One sample is the first three notes. The other sample is the first chord played up an octave. For this vid I used a slightly different variation but it works. Hope that made sense haha

I just knew Supercombo(brazillian band), they use 2 dl4 like minus the bear. If you want check the song "o peso da cruz". the way they use the loops seems like this (its just a tip)
