Your face structure, just like your entire body depends on your genetics to a huge extent. The only two things you could do to get a defined jaw line are getting rid of excess fat from your body and you can’t target fat loss

I noticed that many in the comments start doing exercises, but do not complete them... and I decided that I would be one of those who would complete this and do the exercises for two weeks start: 6.02.24 my face before: I have a round face, but I have cheekbones. There are cheeks and a double chin Day1: I completed the first day. In the morning I woke up swollen, but after this yoga my face became normal again. Day 2: I woke up less swollen today, which I'm glad about. If you want facial yoga to really bring results, here are my tips: 1. in addition to yoga, do gua sha for your face (not every day, every other day) 2. play sports (sports that you like) 3. drink more water (download reminder apps) 4. eat healthy foods (avoid sweets, fried foods and starchy foods) 5. Maintain a sleep schedule Many people think that doing only yoga will help, but to get results you need to do something else day 3: in three days I realized that this yoga is good for swelling. It seems to me that changes have already occurred in my face. the contour of the face became clearer. I hope it's not a «placebo effect».But after asking people, they said that nothing has changed in me🥲(okay, it's only the 3rd day) day 4: today I did gua sha and yoga for my face. The face is not swollen and beautiful. day 9: today I did yoga and looking in the mirror I see that my face has become slimmer, the angles have become clearer. I'm glad. Day 10: Even though I slept 5 hours after yoga, I look great day 11:✅ Day 12: Today I had a very busy day and so I did yoga in the evening. Day 13: the double chin has almost disappeared, the cheeks have become smaller, the face has become more elongated Day 14: The two-week experiment is over. Result: the cheeks became smaller, the double chin became much smaller. The outlines of the face became clearer. I advise you to try this yoga. So i have been doing this for maybe a month and in my older photos i had chubbier cheeeks and a very soft jawline and yesterday i was taking a group photo with my friends and when i saw the photo my face looked SO snatched, even my friends complimented me. So dont give up! Keep on doing this it doesnt take alot

Did it for straight 7 days and I could clearly feel my face more contoured and less bulky. Though had a slight doube chin so 1 week worked for me. Gonna add it to my routine❤
Just completed my 2nd week. I have naturally a bit puffy cheeks and I like them this way. That aren't much affected but it showed a major difference in jawline as in making it more prominent and sharp.

Sorry for the wait x Day 6:✅ Happy New Year’s Eve! Today when I did it I felt really good after and my jaw is starting to form into the desired shape, there’s still a little neck pain. But what’s beauty if there’s no pain 🥂 1 Week Mark!! Day 7:✅ Went very smooth! No big differences from yesterday but definitely some big differences from day 1. I’m excited to hit the halfway point and if I see the results are super good I’ll do this routinely. :) thank you for sticking with me thus far, time for week 2. Week Two 💕 Day 8:✅ I didn’t have much motivation for today but I turned on some music and got it done. I keep reminding myself that I’m working for results! The V shape is becoming more recognizable from underneath now that most of my double chin is gone. I’m ready for tomorrow :) Day 9:✅ Went good today, my motivation was there and I went right to it. There was no excess pain today so I think my body is starting to feel more comfortable with these exercises. My under chin is starting to appear very small because the fat is mainly gone. Just some pointers, if you have acne prone skin like me I recommend putting on some hand sanitizer before doing these to eliminate breaking out, and I recommend music while you do this, it works wonders! I’ve been doing this since July 20th and it’s now august 30th so for about 40 days. I have a jawline now and my cheeks are slimmer. Before I had absolutely no jawline but then I found this and it really helped me. It also kinda helped my underbite. my jawline is so much sharper and I can feel my jawline without pressing on it, in just 40 daysss. I really recommend this workout it’s quick and easy

tip: for faster results, while doing the tongue juts and the kiss hold, instead of taking a quick rest like she does, go through the whole time. it's painful but worth it. ive done it without breaks for only 2 days and i already see results. also when doing the open close, tense your jaw so its harder to move.

1st exercise: 2:25 Day 1: I feel a little weird but that’s just tiredness from the workout, of course no results yet but just from day 1, i can tell this might just work because of how i’m sore afterwards. I’m feeling pretty positive so far. Day 2: I can feel the improvement on my face, it feels like my double chin is shrinking but i can’t notice it in the mirror yet. dont wait for others to finish their workout, instead start yours, if u eat right and do it 2 times a day without “cheat days” u will sure see results, u cant waste ur time by doing something nice to your body, everyone is different, some people lose fat faster and others dont. Just be patient and keep going, others cant do it for you.
I've been doing this excercise since last 7 days this is my 8th day and a little changes are already visible but this is just starting I'm sure this is going to work as i can see it's already working, it'll take few more weeks maybe to give me more better results.

As someone who has been getting more sick recently and noticed the double chin in 2021, this makes everything make sense! I didn't know how to loose the "fat" because I'm simply already really slim and can only loose but so much more so i worried surgery would be the only way to get rid of it (which i dont want) but I'll definitely feel more confident trying this now!
@Queen girl I think it's working my chin definitely has less of a pouch but I had to stop late April due to my wisdom teeth because of pain and my jaw swelled. I've started again so I'll see if there's more results but I'll say before it was definitely working, there's just more to be done

Skincare & Exercise! Day 1: ✅Was super sad, but did the exercise! felt the burn and noticed a small difference. Day 2: ✅ Did my skincare today! consists of washing my face, applying peppermint or lemon oil, micellar water, witch hazel, moisturizer and eye cream, and rose face mist! it helps with my acne. Did the exercise, slightly less burn, feel good because i did t in the morning! day 3: Burns, but is easier! Day 1 : felt a little painful yet satisfied. Day 2 :yeey.. I started to see the difference. My face became a bit smaller and my jawline became to sharpen. Day 3 :To be honest, i felt nothing today (difference or pain). Maybe cuz i was too tired today. Day 4 :felt like my face got a bit smaller.

Going to this EVERYDAY! (will update, if I see any changes)💪💕(2:17) Day 1: ✅My jaw felt really tense and it was hard to do the tongue exercises. Hopefully, my muscles will get stronger and the exercises would get easier with time.🤞 Day 2: ✅ I think the exercises got a little easier but there's still a lot of tension in my jaw. Day 3: ✅ My neck was hurting more this time but I can feel my jaw getting a little bit more defined. Day 4: ✅ The tension in my jaw is still there but my neck didn't hurt this time. Day 5: ❌Missed this day cause I was super busy. But I'm going to do the exercise twice tomorrow to make up for it. Day 6: ✅✅I don't feel as much tension as the other days. I also noticed that if I tilt my head while doing the tongue roll, I will get really bad pain in the back of my head. But it disappears as I continue with the exercises. So, I try not to tilt it too much and keep my head steady while doing the tongue roll. I don't know if this pain is normal or there is even a benefit in me tilting my head while doing this exercise. Please reply to this and let me know if you have a similar experience. Day 7: ✅ It has officially been a week since I started. I don't see a jawline yet since my face is really round but I noticed that my face has definitely got slimmer and It's getting more of a V shape. WEEK 2🧿 Day 8: ✅ It's getting a little boring to do the same exercise every day but It's like a part of my daily routine & I'm starting to get used to it. Day 9: ✅✅ Done twice back to back. There were slight changes, like my muscles getting stronger and my double chin reducing. By the second week, my jawline had become pretty defined, and I no longer struggled with the exercise(Didn't experience pain while and after the exercise). Then I got lazy and stopped doing it 😭
for anyone wondering, i did this about a year ago and the change was actually noticeable. i did it once every day (not consistently) and still saw results. it works 👍🏾

Your face structure, just like your entire body depends on your genetics to a huge extent. The only two things you could do to get a defined jaw line are getting rid of excess fat from your body and you can’t target fat loss

my face before: I have a round face, but I have cheekbones. There are cheeks and a double chin
Day1: I completed the first day. In the morning I woke up swollen, but after this yoga my face became normal again.
Day 2: I woke up less swollen today, which I'm glad about. If you want facial yoga to really bring results, here are my tips: 1. in addition to yoga, do gua sha for your face (not every day, every other day) 2. play sports (sports that you like) 3. drink more water (download reminder apps) 4. eat healthy foods (avoid sweets, fried foods and starchy foods) 5. Maintain a sleep schedule Many people think that doing only yoga will help, but to get results you need to do something else
day 3: in three days I realized that this yoga is good for swelling. It seems to me that changes have already occurred in my face. the contour of the face became clearer. I hope it's not a «placebo effect».But after asking people, they said that nothing has changed in me🥲(okay, it's only the 3rd day)
day 4: today I did gua sha and yoga for my face. I think my face has become thinner. My advice: to make your body and face more beautiful, keep your back straight. Maintain your posture (this will give you not only beauty but also confidence)

day 8: today I woke up more beautiful than usual. The face is not swollen and beautiful.
day 9: today I did yoga and looking in the mirror I see that my face has become slimmer, the angles have become clearer. I'm glad.
Day 10: Even though I slept 5 hours after yoga, I look great

Day 12: Today I had a very busy day and so I did yoga in the evening.
Day 13: the double chin has almost disappeared, the cheeks have become smaller, the face has become more elongated
Day 14: The two-week experiment is over. Result: the cheeks became smaller, the double chin became much smaller. The outlines of the face became clearer. I advise you to try this yoga. I think that in the future I will continue to do facial yoga every morning, but perhaps I will find another one.

So i have been doing this for maybe a month and in my older photos i had chubbier cheeeks and a very soft jawline and yesterday i was taking a group photo with my friends and when i saw the photo my face looked SO snatched, even my friends complimented me. So dont give up! Keep on doing this it doesnt take alot

Just completed my 2nd week. I have naturally a bit puffy cheeks and I like them this way. That aren't much affected but it showed a major difference in jawline as in making it more prominent and sharp.

Day 2:✅ My jaw was feeling good and tight and I’m already starting to see some results! I didn’t have much of a double chin so I’m already seeing that V shape coming along nicely
Day 3:✅ My jaw is feeling nice and worked. Today I noticed when I did it my neck was hurting a little more but I was yawning less, usually I yawn a lot when I do this haha. My jaw is starting to look more sculpted.
Day 4:✅ The V is starting to become more prominent. And I’m starting to feel more comfortable with my jaw. Today I didn’t have much motivation to do it, but I kept going. :)
Day 5:❌ I got my phone taken away and I tried doing it from memory but it didn’t go too well. :( I got my phone back though and I’m excited to keep moving along! Sorry for the wait x
Day 6:✅ Happy New Year’s Eve! Today when I did it I felt really good after and my jaw is starting to form into the desired shape, there’s still a little neck pain. But what’s beauty if there’s no pain 🥂
1 Week Mark!! Day 7:✅ Went very smooth! No big differences from yesterday but definitely some big differences from day 1. I’m excited to hit the halfway point and if I see the results are super good I’ll do this routinely. :) thank you for sticking with me thus far, time for week 2.

Day 8:✅ I didn’t have much motivation for today but I turned on some music and got it done. I keep reminding myself that I’m working for results! The V shape is becoming more recognizable from underneath now that most of my double chin is gone. I’m ready for tomorrow :)
Day 9:✅ Went good today, my motivation was there and I went right to it. There was no excess pain today so I think my body is starting to feel more comfortable with these exercises. My under chin is starting to appear very small because the fat is mainly gone. Just some pointers, if you have acne prone skin like me I recommend putting on some hand sanitizer before doing these to eliminate breaking out, and I recommend music while you do this, it works wonders! And thank you so much to all of you who are supporting me it really helps me stay motivated. 💖
Day 10:✅ Definitely seeing a more defined shape in my jawline and side profile! My cheek bones are starting to become more visible as well. I love this exercise because it doesn’t take long and the results come so easily. I can’t thank everyone enough who’s been supporting me and trying this out for themselves, I definitely recommend these exercises! I can’t wait to further my journey and finish my before and after photos, but till then this is working wonders for my confidence and jaw

I’ve been doing this since July 20th and it’s now august 30th so for about 40 days. I have a jawline now and my cheeks are slimmer. Before I had absolutely no jawline but then I found this and it really helped me. It also kinda helped my underbite. my jawline is so much sharper and I can feel my jawline without pressing on it, in just 40 daysss. I really recommend this workout it’s quick and easy

I started 10 days ago and I'm very shocked its working! I can see many changes, I 100% recommend it
tip: for faster results, while doing the tongue juts and the kiss hold, instead of taking a quick rest like she does, go through the whole time. it's painful but worth it. ive done it without breaks for only 2 days and i already see results. also when doing the open close, tense your jaw so its harder to move.

Day 1: I did these exercises along with the other ones, and I definitely feel something in my neck and jaw.
Day 2: Decided to do this twice a day. For the first time, i can really feel the tension in my jaw. Did a second time, and I still do feel some tension.
Day 3: Decided to do two times. Did it for the first time, and I can see there's less fat near my jaw. Did not do it for the second time.
Day 4: Did two times, and now i can see the difference in my jawline.
Day 5: I did it and can definitely see some changes in my jawline.

i've been doing this for one month, and i really clearly see the results. trust me this workout really works!!! my face was so chubby and bulky, and i have double chin before, but when my bestfriend told me to do this workout, i didn't hesistate to do so immediately.

Day 1: I feel a little weird but that’s just tiredness from the workout, of course no results yet but just from day 1, i can tell this might just work because of how i’m sore afterwards. I’m feeling pretty positive so far.
Day 2: I can feel the improvement on my face, it feels like my double chin is shrinking but i can’t notice it in the mirror yet. Looking forward to seeing further results!

Edit: Okay guys so it's been exactly 7 days of me doing this face yoga and let me tell I GOT SUCH GOOD RESULTS!! MY JAWLINE IS SO MUCH MORE DEFINED AND MY DOUBLE CHIN HAS REDUCED A LOT!!! I definitely recommend this but make sure to be very consistent and you will get results!!! :)
(btw if you forget to do it one day make sure to do it twice the next day!!)

dont wait for others to finish their workout, instead start yours, if u eat right and do it 2 times a day without “cheat days” u will sure see results, u cant waste ur time by doing something nice to your body, everyone is different, some people lose fat faster and others dont. Just be patient and keep going, others cant do it for you.

this workout 100% works for anyone wondering, ive been doing it everyday for 2 weeks and theres a significant difference. the reasoning behind the slimming of the face not only due to the exorcises burning off fat but it also allows built up mucas to drain. the mucas is part of the cause of double chins
As someone who has been getting more sick recently and noticed the double chin in 2021, this makes everything make sense! I didn't know how to loose the "fat" because I'm simply already really slim and can only loose but so much more so i worried surgery would be the only way to get rid of it (which i dont want) but I'll definitely feel more confident trying this now!

@Queen girl I think it's working my chin definitely has less of a pouch but I had to stop late April due to my wisdom teeth because of pain and my jaw swelled. I've started again so I'll see if there's more results but I'll say before it was definitely working, there's just more to be done

Day 1: ✅Was super sad, but did the exercise! felt the burn and noticed a small difference.
Day 2: ✅ Did my skincare today! consists of washing my face, applying peppermint or lemon oil, micellar water, witch hazel, moisturizer and eye cream, and rose face mist! it helps with my acne. Did the exercise, slightly less burn, feel good because i did t in the morning!
day 3: Burns, but is easier! Very helpful +I've been doing other body workouts🙏🏽

Day 1: ✅My jaw felt really tense and it was hard to do the tongue exercises. Hopefully, my muscles will get stronger and the exercises would get easier with time.🤞
Day 2: ✅ I think the exercises got a little easier but there's still a lot of tension in my jaw.
Day 3: ✅ My neck was hurting more this time but I can feel my jaw getting a little bit more defined.
Day 4: ✅ The tension in my jaw is still there but my neck didn't hurt this time.
Day 5: ❌Missed this day cause I was super busy. But I'm going to do the exercise twice tomorrow to make up for it.
Day 6: ✅✅I don't feel as much tension as the other days. I also noticed that if I tilt my head while doing the tongue roll, I will get really bad pain in the back of my head. But it disappears as I continue with the exercises. So, I try not to tilt it too much and keep my head steady while doing the tongue roll. I don't know if this pain is normal or there is even a benefit in me tilting my head while doing this exercise. Please reply to this and let me know if you have a similar experience.

There were slight changes, like my muscles getting stronger and my double chin reducing. By the second week, my jawline had become pretty defined, and I no longer struggled with the exercise(Didn't experience pain while and after the exercise). Then I got lazy and stopped doing it 😭
for anyone wondering, i did this about a year ago and the change was actually noticeable. i did it once every day (not consistently) and still saw results. it works 👍🏾
