- The long-awaited PS360+ is finally here, and this guide will show you the basic installation to dual mod a TE solderlessly. With more features than any PCB before it, the PS360+ is a contender in the multi-console PCB market.
PS360+ documentation: akishop-customs...
You are correct! It even has a driverless mode that automatically connects it like a generic PC controller, so it will even work on Mac or Linux, too!
Was there any narration in this video? You blew out my goddamn ears with that intro. Christ.
Probably because this board was aimed specifically at fighting game players who are used to playing on a variety of consoles all throughout the year. Hardcore tournament players have no need of a turbo function, so I imagined they left it out in consideration of having the product be released asap, with future functions being programmed in firmware updates.
Yes. It doesn't use any original Xbox or PS3 PCBs that you would find in a store-bought one. You just connect the wiring from the joystick and buttons, plug in the USB cable, and you're good to go.
Any idea how to replace headphone speakers?
advanced installation guide for full functionality, please and thank you?
Thank you for posting this, I was worried about not having a guide button. I'm installing mine hardwire style, so the original guide button is basically dead.
Great video. I use my stick for primarily PC and it works fine, just had to remember to rebind the buttons in the menu screen.
Did you ever make the follow up video that shows how to attach the Home and Turbo buttons?
Thanks again!
A lot of us are still waiting for the advanced set-up for wiring the turbo panel.
Got a question. First...great tutorial as it helped me work through my dual mod. Now I just need a good solution for a pass through. Any suggestions? No soldering
Holy shit my speakers.
Should the Qanba Q1 be a similar process?
If you take apart your turbo/pcb you'll see it on the underside, then just cut those. I'm pretty sure you already found out by now. Just thought i'd say for reference for other folks, and that's the wiring order.
PS360+ automatically detects the console it's plugged into. It also will map the guide button to select+start if you don't have a guide button on your stick.
You don't have to solder a USB cable if you just cut the cable, feed it through, tie off the cut off end then reconnect the ends inside the case.
hey, you said you have a link in the description for the order of the ps3 cables, but I can't find anything :( so where can I find the order for the ps3 cables?
Qanba's and Eightarcs for that matter, are multi-console as well but I don't think they use a PS360+. Still a great stick but you'll have to select which console you want to use before you plug it in where as the PS360+ will auto-detect.
It will fit in the SE just fine. Installation will also be pretty much the same. However, your stick will no longer work on wii with this pcb.
I kinda have a similar question but I have a Wii Hori stick and not a Tatsunoko vs Capcom stick
I dont see the link in the description on what wires to connect to the pcb for the PS3. Are they the exact same?
So if where not using a turbo button how are we suppose to switch between consoles? still confused on that part. Gotta re watch the vid.
So its been a fair amount of time and there is still no "Advanced tutorial"! Could you please puck up your stuff and get it out there for all of us to get the most out of the PS360+
Thanks.
Will this PCB fit in a SE stick/are the installation instructions different? Specifically I have the Madcatz - Tatsunoko vs Capcom Arcade stick for Wii
ok. if i hold the start button when i plug it in the pcb will light up on the d1234 places and the lights will alternate like it is searching for the xbox but is not connecting. any idea how to fix?
when i plug my te for xbox in, i press the start and back buttons and that turns on the xbox but it doesn't sign me into the player one spot so i think that the connection is fine but it doesnt recognize it. i tried putting it into a pc and it says that it doesnt recognize it but wouldn't it not be able to turn it on from pressing the start and back?
I dont want to sound dumb, but I heard that I can use it with DC with the proper cable, where am I supposed t connect it? do I have to drill the case to do it?
What if I don't have a store bought stick and have made one? Will I just be able to switch out the pcb's and it still be dual modded?
Possibly dumb question:
Will this let my stick work on PC? I assume if it works on 360 it would, but just making sure.
if i want to reuse the usb harness from the fightstick, do i have to solder them to the ps360+?
okay quick question im looking for a Hori RAP VLX Xbox board i keep getting a error 43 code saying it wont work it has never had this problem any help
will this work with the 1st generation TE sticks that came out with the original SF4?
Thanks!
yeh it does
need help please , does the madcatz TE R1 for ps3 support only the 3.0 usb ??
Is there gonna be an Advanced version of this guide?
Looks like this PCB board is not sold anywhere anymore. I wanted to add this into my laggy VLX
Dude, you totally skipped the 2nd harness. Where is this advanced version of the guide you keep mentioning?
Soo.. where is the link about the ps3 wire order??
Thanks for making this, but that solder job on those through holes made me cringe hard.
Does the VCC need any wires???
for a q4raf Qanba stick it´s basically the same...right?
Will this work with the Qanba Q2 Standard joystick and still allow for the "Reversible lefthand and righthand" button swapping? Thanks.

What up man we're is the advanced video am trying to hook up my TES STICK and am stuck so can u put it up bro.thank u
Question. Is it possible to use a completely empty Madcatz TE with this ps360+ and have it be perfectly functional? I have one lying around and I've wanted to use it for quite some time.
+PokeFighter Jr
Yes, the PS360+ is a standalone PCB, if you know how to wire everything, you can use it in any case, a gutted TE is no exception
John Smith Okay, thanks for the response. Another question I have is how exactly do I use a home button if I don't own the PCB for the home button on my TE?
Title text here
Is there anyway to get full functionality from the top panel? When I say full, I mean turbo, player LEDs, guide button, lock switch and stick switch? I can't find a guide that does the turbo anywhere =/
You are wrong when you say to cut the thick black wire of the usb cable, that is the sheild and helps prevent rf interference ; ex: from your tv, other controllers, radios, or anything else electronic that sends a signal.what you need to do is solder that shield wire to your ground wire, think of it as a case ground of the usb connector to the usb receptacle in the console.
Hi, if I got one of these to dual mod a Hori VLX Diamond (PS3) so I can use it for Xbox 360 would the turbo function be lost or not? I'm trying to sift through a load of conflicting b@llsh!t info to try and find a straight answer! Also does the PS Home button and LED's then become a properly functioning Xbox Guide button etc? No one seems to know!
what about a ps3 te stick ?
no from what i understand i could be wrong but it should just plug in
Sorry, had to turn this off - the bad sound pissed me off too much :/
Question for anyone here, sorry new to modding. I have the Xbox One Atrox stick and am looking to doing mulitple-modding example 360/PC/PS3/PS4. Will the PS360+ work for that? Does anyone know how to do that without getting rid of the original PCB therefore I don't lose XB1 compatibility? Thanks in advanced.
i have zero to no information on this subject, but i can tell you you don't need to detach your original pcb at all. I am on the run to buy a atrox myself and have done a lot of research in this subject for the same reason and i know you can always only buy a new pcb and wires, create the individual setup inside the atrox honeycombs and just detach the wires from the buttons and atach to the ps360+ or any other pcb you're putting inside the atrox and when you want to move back to the original pcb all you gotta do is detach the wires from the buttons and put the original ones back on.
If you manage to do your modding and can make a video of the process or something, i'm really new to modding myself and i'd love to have a tutorial on how to put a ps360+ on the atrox from the beginning. thanks in advance (:
Paradinha Togopuff Razer Atrox One owner here. I would also love to have a video on this.
if your using an xbox stick
Could anyone managed to work this out on the ps3 version of the stick?
I might be a little late, but i also had the ps3 version of the MC TE Round1 and since the promised link for the ps3 wiring isn't in the description. But once you unscrew the ps3 pcb from the TE, on the backside were the harnesses are connected you can actually see which button belongs to the cable.
For lazy people :)
6 wire harness starting from red.
L1 to 4P on the pcb
X to 1K
O to 2K
R2 to 3K
L2 to 4K

5 wire harness starting from red

^(triangle) to 2P

Hope that helps someone out there!
keinbockman Definitely Helped me dude!
The sound of your voice is annoying :/
Does this work on HORI joysticks? I really want to mod my SCV Horis stick and I am wondering if this will work.
does this pcb auto-detect which console its plugged in to?
