The tapping and bang that followed it sounded like someone walking, I honestly thought someone was going to step out from behind the wall. There is an odd sound at 30:08 but I can't work out whether this was you either breathing or wheezing, or something else entirely. The final bang at 52:18 honestly made me jump out of my skin - you're very brave exploring these places alone! Was it very windy that night? It didn't look windy, but I have no idea what else could make such a bang, other than another person, who you surely would have seen/heard prior to this bang. Love your content, your hard work and the way you interact with us, it makes us feel much more like a part of the video, rather than just a viewer, if that makes sense. :)

Sounded like a bird to me, a bird getting spooked, hitting something and than flapping away. Hence the loud bang and then smaller bangs after it. Probably a dove or something. The other loud bangs afterward were something different though.

I can hear something. Someone else pointed out a woman's voice at 16.49. I don't have headphones but turned my volume up very loud and heard her. It sounds like a woman whispering "who's that" or "who's there" It sounds very close to Matt.

The noise at the beginning sounded like a machine breaking down because there is a lot of old machinery lying around and the noise at the end sounded like something fell over because the building is old and there is probably alot of things leaning on eachother but I would still be freaked out. Props for going in that place I wouldnt have the confidence to go in there by myself those long halls with the dark ends scare me.
The fish bowl- is where the guards/officers work within where they can watch all areas around them and they have security monitors to watch the inmates interactions or ready for a code from Master control to be called. Excellent video I enjoyed.

Matt have a piece of chalk in your pocket on your explores so you can mark the walls it will help Incase you get lost in a building especially when you going down corridors .Just saying Matt it would save you time Incase you have to get out quickly with fear .❤

The courtrooms would have a tv and video camera and that how they communicate with prisoners. I know because my youngest had too through this and it was the only way for mw to see him at the time , i was in the courtroom but he was in One if those court cells
You should keep a pair of wellies with you or online you can find rubber shoe (shoe condoms 😂) covers to put overtop of your shoes to keep them dry and these covers you could keep in your pocket and only attach them as needed to keep your feet and shoes dry. If I could afford to do it, I'd get a pair and send them to you but unfortunately things are really tight at the moment. Consultation rooms are for prisoners to speak with their solicitors the idea is these rooms are private and no one can eavesdrop! The court rooms may have had video links to main courts saves unnecessary transporting to and from courts

I know that you were breathing heavily around the 21:05 to 21:12 times but at 21:08 you'd just exhaled when instantly afterwards at 21:09 I heard an extremely loud strange breathy noise that didn't sound like you breathing in or out Matt. It was bizarre!! It sounded like something doing a scary breathy noise to scare you off.... except no one was there but you!!! I really hope it was you Matt breathing in a strange way and not something paranormal like it sounded!!👻🥰❤
24:0524:13 On my TV I saw a small white figure just on the right corner at the far side. It seemed to step back round the corner each time. It might have been the torchlight and camera movement playing tricks.
100% just his torch hitting the wall. There was a corner if wall in front of the "white figure" so as he moved the torch it blocks the light. Definitely not anything unexplainable at this specific point in the video. (In other parts, we'll, that's a different story!)
I don't know how many people watched this video with ear buds in but when he first gets there I could hear whispers! Then I heard a squeaking sound when he was walking down one of the corridors! Oh my goodness! I've just had an hysterical laughing fit which prompted a coughing fit due to recovering from a virus. You mentioned it was freezing, then we see your breath because it is indeed that cold. Then we notice you're wearing shorts (do you actually own a pair of trousers?!). Oh! I think I know WHAT 'The thing' was interacting with. There was a stood-up rusty SHOVEL without any handle on the floor when you were looking about to demonstrate that it's not a drip...so maybe someone stepped on the shovel to make it reverberate cuz there WAS a distinct repetition of sound. Many years ago at school we entered a 5 a side football tournament and there was a borstal team in it and we went there and played them we lost against them great bunch of lads amazing players,it was near Liverpool if i rember.

Hey Matt, I would hazard a guess that those Courtrooms are for video linking a prisoner to a larger court. Saves transporting them to the court.

I know that you were breathing heavily around the 21:05 to 21:12 times but at 21:08 you'd just exhaled when instantly afterwards at 21:09 I heard an extremely loud strange breathy noise that didn't sound like you breathing in or out Matt. It was bizarre!! It sounded like something doing a scary breathy noise to scare you off.... except no one was there but you!!! I really hope it was you Matt breathing in a strange way and not something paranormal like it sounded!!👻🥰❤

24:05 24:13 On my TV I saw a small white figure just on the right corner at the far side. It seemed to step back round the corner each time. It might have been the torchlight and camera movement playing tricks.
100% just his torch hitting the wall. There was a corner if wall in front of the "white figure" so as he moved the torch it blocks the light. Definitely not anything unexplainable at this specific point in the video. (In other parts, we'll, that's a different story!)

I don't know how many people watched this video with ear buds in but when he first gets there I could hear whispers! Then I heard a squeaking sound when he was walking down one of the corridors! That was absolutely a terrifying place! Honestly Matt, I know you don't want to investigate with anybody else but I TRULY, TRULY, HATE you walking around some of these places all by yourself!!!!!!!!! I hate it!!! You could get injured in so many different ways and nobody would find you for a long time and that thought scares the hell out of me!!! Oh my goodness! I've just had an hysterical laughing fit which prompted a coughing fit due to recovering from a virus. You mentioned it was freezing, then we see your breath because it is indeed that cold. Then we notice you're wearing shorts (do you actually own a pair of trousers?!). Then you proceeded to try and get across the mud puddle.... which was when I went almost apoplectic with laughter seeing you have your converse trainers sucked off your feet after disappearing in the mud. There was a stood-up rusty SHOVEL without any handle on the floor when you were looking about to demonstrate that it's not a drip...so maybe someone stepped on the shovel to make it reverberate cuz there WAS a distinct repetition of sound. The small rooms that say courtroom 1 and 2 could be when a prisoner gets to see and speak to their lawyer.
The holes in the walls was prob from the inmates to possibly close down the place which was not secure enough to hold them in the cells.
