However when I grew up, luckily I read many books about human behavior and neeti shashtra. This made me wise. In fact I did no learn from home. I learned from books. First of all thank you so much mam apane is video me sab bate samza di jisase logon ko pata chale k wo log jo kuch bhi khud ke sath toxic Bane fir rahe hai or logo k sath accha hone ka dava khud se he kar rahe he o adat chodna kitna jaruri hai or khudko express karna bhi jaruri hai or har chiz PE emotion pe bhe boundaries lagana kitna jaruri hai or khud ki dekhbhal karna koi guilt nahi hota ye bat karna to jaldi se jaldi chodni chahiye or apne Jo kuch bhi bataya he waise he daly basis per har ek positive wibe denevali activity karni chahiye jaise logon se bat karna khud ka dhyan rakhna khud ke liye stand Lena etc.

I agree, and I think these tips are less about being manipulated by others, and more about manipulating ourselves. Others are also suffering from same problems, and now i know how difficult it is to overcome my own toxicity. So, how can I expect them to be perfect with me, when I am myself not perfect with me. Over time, I have realised that how much we let others misbehave can be a reflection 🪞 of how we behave with ourselves. Someone who loves and respects themself, is loved and respected outside as well (mostly). Just a thought. Great content. Thank you doctor!
