No need to immerse in water. Cover and store it in the refrigerator and use within 2-3 days

That depends on the quality of milk. 200g-250 g
Lemon juice anel etra cherkanam, 2 litre milk nu, koodathe etra gram paneer undakkam, 2 litre milk kond, pls reply
Add lime juice gradually as it curdles.
You might need 1 -2 tbsp lime juice
You will get 200-250 g paneer depending on the milk you use

If you want soft and firm paneer before putting in that vessel you open the cloth and wash with enough cold wster. One thing lemon juice is nice I use lemon and it came out very clean no powdered.

@ Marianngel As mentioned in the video keep something heavy on top to remove excess water and keep it chilled before slicing
